So many on my friendslist is going through a tough time right now, and I... don't really know what to do about it... I wish I could go over to each and everyone of you and just... give you a great big hug. And you know if would if I could! I don't know if I am any support at all, but yeah... I really, really whish I could help you all somehow...

I don't know if it'll help any, but if you go HERE and leave me your address and such... I'll send you a card for the Holidays this year. :-) Maybe that'll cheer you all up a little? I really hope so.

It does feel a bit sad to see all these problems, and I do understand it, people! I mean some of you are going through some really tough shit! I just wish fandoms could give you happiness and not more stuff to worry about, you know? (And I am talking about more then one fandom here...)

Been a great day this. :-) Mom and my awesomely crazy aunt has been here on a visit. peting73 has his birthday on Monday and his mom had her birthday today, so they celebrated both days today. We went over to his mom, aka my future MIL where peting73s aunt and family were as well. Had one AWESOME dinner! And dessert! And then coffee, cookie and cake on that! To say we were crazy full after that, would be an understatement. Mom, even though eating very little, still almost felt sick. She can't eat that much at a time now, so... she gotta take it a bit easy when at birthday parties and such. peting73 got a lot of awesome gifties! :-D And he really liked mine to, which is awesome!

I bought him the rulebooks for the classic pen-paper role playing game Deadlands Reloaded: The Weird West. We've played the first edition of this game with friends, and it is INSANELY fun! Now though, I ordered the reworked new edition, so he got three books today! :-D The Core rules book, Marshals Handbook (for the GM) and Players Handbook. Partly a selfish gift, since... well... I wanna play it to! *lol* It'll take some time for peting73 to read up on the game and figure out how it works, but once he has done that... We'll see if we can find some friends and start a role playing group. Gonna be AWESOME! :-D

Anyway, it has been an awesome day even if busy. Missed the LARP tonight even. So I thought I wouldn't be able to write anything today, but a mental image jumped into my head, so I just had to write it down! The hardest with this... was the names. Been home all day. Well, almost. I had to run a few errands, but there you go. And I've been roleplaying! :-D Wohoo! My RP-partner who has been on a month long trip has finally returned so we have picked up one off our two roleplaying games here on LJ. Feels AWESOME to pick that up again. So much fun! Re-reading what we have written, it is quite amazing to see that you can't really tell that it has been such a long jump between posts... Not to mention we have two characters we both play, and you can't really tell any difference in how we write them. Well, we kinda know our characters pretty well now. :-) That game has been going on since July 2010... That is more then a year. Geez... o.O

Was supposed to meet up with my LARP-friends to, and discuss stuff our characters have been doing between the last LARP and the next one, but alas it didn't work out. To many people that were busy with other stuff... To bad. Would have been fun with a visit today. :-) Ah well. I'll see them soon again...

Been working at the library today to... It was CHAOS!!! The childrens section have had a dinasour theme there for this entire week, and it has been so many kids there it is NUTS! I was called in as just extra staff... and was told there was more then 100 kids there visiting today, singing sing-alongs and doing dinasour themed crafts and such... To say we needed to be more then one would be an understatement. So busy times!

Amused myself by re-reading a lot of my own drabbles just now... They are not bad, I must say... It is really to bad I can't hold a longer plot. Some of them could've been quite interesting longer stories. :-P Ah well. :-) I've sent my... fic/commentary/drabble-thing to ruchirahni so she can check it over for grammar-misstakes and such. Since I'll be reposting that one to fic-comm (SCARY!) I wanted it to be checked over. :-)

I've also managed to kick out one drabble-thing for Sketchavember! :-D Woot! I hope you like it domina_malfoy. It was one off your prompts that inspired me today. :-) I've been inspired by many of the prompts I got though, so I am sure there will be more of these short things, trust me. ;-)

Have been a pretty good day today. Worked at the smaller library with all the troubled mini-gangsta kids today for two hours... Found out Monday that if all goes as planned, I'll be working there 75% / 30hours a week in Januari and February... It is not set in stone yet, but yeah... If all goes well, I will be partly responsible for that library. o.O Scary thought. Wish I could have worked at the bigger library instead, but hey... Beggars can't be choosers. Besides. I'll see it as a challange, if I get it. :-)

All in all this week I have worked at three different libraries. X-D You sure learn a lot that way, I promise. :-) The library I worked at yesterday was both a library and a playgroup for babies and parents. o.O Strangely it worked. :-P And the other librarian was very nice to!

Did some work at a smaller library today, and it went really fine. Got a lot of kudos for how effective I was. Always nice to hear! And boosts my rep with the other libraries, hopefully giving me more hours = more work = more cash. :-) Not to mention it is always nice to hear your good at something. Only bad thing was that I probably scared some six year old kids today... X-/ They couldn't behave in the library and I told them off (as one should, the library is not a playground). There eyes got a bit huge there... There teacher thought it was good I told them off though, so I think I am in the clear. :-P I'll go back there and work a few hours tomorrow to, so... :-)

A real joy to watch! So much so, I watched several from movies and TV-shows I have never heard off, since it simply looks so damn neat. :-) It does help that the vid-maker has used some of the most awesome Spike-quotes there is. :-D Check them out!

If your a Tokio Hotel fan, and haven't heard about TOHO Anonylove, I am afraid you fail. :-) So much love spread though that Tumblr thing, it is amazing. I have no idea how to use Tumblr, but at least I have figured out how to post on that thing. Progress? Mayhaps. :-) I hope anyone who is mentioned on the thing feels the love. ;-)

Also, this article was spread sometime ago. Now, if you have a kid and said kid wants to crossdress for Halloween or a masquerade party or what have you... I would sure as hell not have a problem with that. And I'd salute the kid to, telling him/her how awesome he/she looks. :-) This mom, in this article, is just so damn awesome. As is the kid. It is the reaction of the people around them that is just damn scary. *sigh*

*gasp* I haven't posted in a few days. Shocking, I know...

I worked monday, which went fine. And I got some more hours, which is even better. I do so love to work at these libraries. The libraries and the librarians I have gotten to know now are so made of win. I love working with them all. :-)

Had a PartyLite homeparty this Saturday to. Just a small one. :-) My aunt had called me earlier saying she wanted some candles, and then spicehobbit came with a list from her workmates. And of course, my mom came to. She ordred a ton of candles. *laugh* She loves scented candles, so she always buys a lot. I did buy some to. They have this scent called Vintage Leather that is... just pure sex in a candle, people. I love it. So I buy nearly only candles with this scent nowadays.

So Monday I worked in the library, the closest. It worked out fine, had a lot of fun. And no strange questions about sex-change... *cough* Got a freshly cooked mail when I came home, since peting73 is off work this week. Yeah, it is his birthday week this week, so... he figured he should have the entire week off to just laze about. I am not disagreeing. :-) He works so damn hard to keep our heads over the water. Namely mine. He deserves it.

So the rest of this week has been spent being gawd damn lazy. We have played a lot of World of Warcraft, of course, since I only had work Monday this week. I finally got to do the quest chain that leads to Battle of the Undercity on Skyfire as well. FINALLY! I wanted to get that quest done before the release of the next expansion, and it went like a charm. Seriously the best questseries in the entire game. So epic. And now I have done it both on Allience side on Caina and Horde side on Skyfire. I R a very pleased nerd. :-)

Talking off being a nerd. I had two one on one RPG games going earlier, both very epic with awesome storylines that me and my RP-partners figured out. Was hella interesting to explore my characters in those settings. And then... it happened again... that tends to happen to me all the time when I do one-on-one RPG games. My RP partner stops talking to me. *sigh* And that game had come to such an amazing point in the storyline to. I haven't heard from her since the 7th of September, so sad as it makes me, I am afraid I'll have to consider that game dead. *sigh* Gladly I am a mod in said RPG-community that we set up for ourselfs, so she can't delete anything of what we've written. I would have hated to see that. Now, at least, I can go back and read it now and then. I think I'll see if I can find another one-on-one game, so I have two to distract me with again...

And I have joined in on the insanity that is th_wishlist.... HOLY SHIT, I say! My send-stuff-to-list is INSANELY long! *head-desk* This is were it is not good to be a giving person, because I wanna send at least a christmas card to everyone that posts! This is going to crack my christmas-economy, I can tell... But I seriously can't help myself! Gladly peting73 has given his blessing, since he'll help pay the postage for this. (Not in the Tokio Hotel fandom, you can join holiday_wishes instead.)

I also fail spectaculary with Sketchavember. Damn it! I'll try to be better with posting photos or writing drabbles. Talking off, if anyone on my f-list (that includes all you new people) has any ideas what I should take a photo of... of a prompt for a drabble... Do let me know. I need inspiration!

Yes, the queer librarian strikes again. Apparently. I tell you, these two must have have spies looking at the library, I swear!

I worked my only hours at the closets library this week. Three hours. I did mention these were the only hours I worked this week? Keep that in mind. Right.

Anyway, since school is closed, it was slow, but nice to work. I got a lot of stuff done that the other librarians usually don't have the time to do, so all good. And so, closing in on the afternoon, the phone called. A woman, who I could her on her accent was from the Middle East, called and asked me to re-loan the books she had on her library card. No problem! I do this all the time, so I fixed it. Then she asked me to check her husbands library card to. No problem! And I re-loaned the book there to... that I recognized. It was a biography book about sex-change... Wait, what...? She started talking about the book, and since I have read it, I said it was a good one. Good, she said, I'll be reading it to. A friend has such trouble with there daughter. Uh uh, I thought, this rings a bell. Sure enough. It was the wife of the man that came in the library last week, and was all embarrassed about asking about a sex-change.... The world is a strange place. We talked for almost 30mins! I gave her as much information I could think off, mostly pointing her to RFSL. Apparently they are friends to a family where the daughter is female-to-male-transgender. Just getting out of the closet. Family is from the Middle East. It is, apparently, not going well. The father not accepting it. Shit. That might not end well. Anyway, we talked and talked, and it got out that I wasn't straight either. (I am not, I am bi.) I think that helped that I didn't want a sex-change either, but that I was simply happy being me. I sincerely hope things will work out for that family, and that the couple I have talked to can be off any help. Cultural differences... and religious beliefs... Sometimes it is a real pain in the ass!!! But I liked this couple. They have the belief there religion has thought them, sure, but at the same time they are curious and open to learning new things. THAT gives me hope!

I told my colleague that I worked with today (the chatty librarian), quite flabbergasted that both ended up talking to me! She just laughed and said I had probably sealed it as being the Queer librarian.... I laughed at her but had to agree when she told me she bet I didn't mind that... X-D
