You know... Now I am bloody livid... And I am usually a pretty calm and friendly person... But push me... I am not.
I sent yet another question about my order that I made 14th of November (a calender from
croakys gallery). First time I sent them an email asking about it, they said they had 6 weeks delivery time. Ok, fine... I waited. In middle January I sent them another question about my order, since it hadn't arrived. Might add I have prepaid this order to via PayPal... Answer was there was a problem with my address, and they sent me the address to check. It was the correct one, but contained the swedish letters å ä ö, so I guess that was what confused them. I responded that yes, that is indeed my address.
Fast forward to now. Yesterday I sent them a question about my order AGAIN! Since it STILL hasn't arrived! *sigh* I got the answer just now. And I quote here now...
(my real name),
Please note the reprint request was received by the lab on January 26th and once the reprint was done they were to ship it but since your shipping method was USPS you will need to allow for more time for the reprint to arrive.

So... Let me get this straight... I assume they printed a calender for me in November... I hope. But they lost it?!?!?? WTF!!! *head-desk* And now... after 3 MONTHS of waiting... They ask me to wait SOME MORE!??!?!?
This is just... unbelievable...
To all my dear artist friends, and I am thinking of
silvestris,
croaky,
anla and many, many others... I ADORE your art. I love supporting you and buying your things, but... I am sorry. I will not buy from DeviantArt again, not even for your sake.
I am so pissed of right now...
Edit to add news on the case:
I sent an answer to the above email. A sort off upset one to. Well. She replied with this:

When you placed the order it was shipped but then returned for a problem with the address. We verified the address with you and then the order was reshipped via the same USPS shipping method you originally used for your order.
I apologize for the confusion on my last reply as there was no reprint needed, I made an error, the order was simply reshipped after we contacted you to update your address. Again, more time is needed for the order to arrive since it has been reshipped.

A couple of days ago a collection of stories about how Will Turner got all his clothes in At Worlds End showed up on the Will-community
turningpirate. All very fun, thoughtful and some even sad. I highly recommend you check these out to. :-)

Right. Now some rpg-posts and WoW before bed!
