Why hello, cold from hell! *grumble* *sneeze* *blows nose* Gah! My nose is so stuffed it ain't even funny. And so is my ears, and my eyes are a bit odd acting to. My work-mates nearly threw me out from work today. I just had time to watch St Lucia and her maid's sing at work. After that, off I went, fell on the sofa and watched At Worlds End again. (I so love that movie.)
I really don't have time to be sick. And it is a bit embarrising to be sick this week, since next week my Christmas vacation that I managed to get starts. I won't get back to work until beginning of January... *sneeze* GAH! Feels like my whole head is about to fall off! Oh well. Where was I? Yes. This weekend we are off to my mothers (first trip). The wonderfully insane and funny farmers are going to have one of those get drunk like hell, eat good food and have fun parties on saturday. And sunday after that on our way home, we are going to visit my second cousin who has her 40th birthday. Busy weekend. It feels a bit like a relief actually that I have a vacation after that. I think I need it to what with all the stress and stuff at work lately. Much love for my boss for letting me.
*sneeze* *swears* *blows nose*
On an LJ side of things, I am finding so many pretty layouts, it is amazing. Some real talent out there, I must say. Would anyone be intrested in any tips on layout communities? Most have layouts for all, free plus and paid/permanent. And if I can figure out there instructions, anyone can. Trust me. :-)
*sneeze* *blows nose*
Plan for tomorrow is to sneeze my brains out through my nose and play WoW and drink hot chocolate. I'll try to get out the door to to mail my christmasgifts to my friends.
On a WoW-related news, I got my tauren hunter to level 70 the other day! WOHOO! I never thought I'd get there. :-D So now I have one character up in the highest level.. Time for the next one. *grabs small green-haired gnome by neck*
Here are some screen-shots of Huntress Skyfire. Just click the links and enjoy. Anyone who said computer games are ugly pixel-stuff haven't played World of Warcraft. I say the graphic artists that did the coding for this? They are artists, I say...
But first, the classical "ding"-shot. When a character reaches the next level a small ding can be heard, and the character glows for a moment, like hit by a lightning. Last ding you'll get is when you reach the highest level. Most add to the memories, eh? ;-)

More screenshots! During Halloween this year there were a temporary enemy in the game you could fight called the Headless Horseman. And if you were lucky he dropped a broom you could ride. Now... Taurens look very silly on those things..
Gnomes however look perfectly on those broom's. Like they were made for them. This is a warlock to boot so it works even better.

Now for the really beautiful pictures... I am using these as my backgrounds at the moment.
The sky in Outland (Burning Crusade) is whole other chapter all together. In the areas where you are between level 1 - 60 it is a regular blue, with som rain pouring down from it at times. In Outland where you are between level 60 - 70 however... Well. Look for yourself.

Stunning aren't they?
Well, my and Peting are as you know playing together. He has many, MANY characters that he plays in high levels. Still asking for help though. Here is his handsome rogue Cacus and Skyfire with her cat Mysty.

Of course they managed to finish of the quest for the orcs, and was rewarded by a demonic firework. Completly harmless, of course! But very, very pretty.

Thing with Outland is, that it is a shattered land. Litterary. More gorgous area-pictures from Outland.

See? Gorgous game, ain't it? It is both that it is fun that I still play it. And that it is such a wonderful eye-candy. I still, after having played it for soon two years (geez..) find new pretty places to loook at. :-)
*sneeze* *swears* *blows nose... again*
I am off. Take care, folks! :-)

Date: 2007-12-14 06:29 pm (UTC)Oh an image link? Sure, it's easy and basic.
<A HREF="http://url to full image here"> <IMG SRC="http://url to thumbnail here"> </A>
To copy-n-paste the URLs to the images and thumbnails, just to go your gallery and right-click on a thumbnail and choose 'Copy Image Location'. That copies the image/thumbnail's url so you can just paste it into your entry.

Date: 2007-12-14 11:14 pm (UTC)Optionally, if typing all these codes gets annoying, you can download a journal client program such as Semagic (http://semagic.sourceforge.net/) that can help you with posting images etc. It's like using a small Wordpad program that posts to LJ. I use this one, btw. Very handy. :3
Sorry if I'm confusing. I'm not very good a teacher of html stuffs. I'm just a basic user anyway ^^;;/
