Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Yep. Thats right. Be prepared for a very confuseled post. But a happy post! It is not always easy to like a lot of different things, is it? *grin*

First, I think this will be the last mention of that wedding. ;-) [livejournal.com profile] nehallennia found this awesome link that has some gorgous photos from the wedding of our Crownprincess. And it an article in english from MailOnline, so is OK, yes? :-)
The biggest royal wedding in decades
According to rumor they have snuck of to a romantic hideaway on there honeymoon. No one really knows where. :-) I hope they have a lovely, lovely time.

Then of to the next subject of this post! X-D Tokio Hotel! (Not interested, feel free to skip!)

They'll soon be releasing a new single from there album Humanoid, Darkside of the sun, that happens to be my favorite song of that whole album, thank you very much! Can't wait to see the music video for that one, wohoo!

But most importantly... THIS!:

FUCK YEAH! I SAW THAT IN GOTHENBURG, thank you very much! *grin* I am so preordering this thing. Am considering to do a preorder from Amazon.Com since apparently they have some special deal going on. It is RIGHT HERE. I am a bit hesitant to order it though. It is a brilliant price, so really. Only $12.99. Fully workable within my budget. But the whole Live DVD to that price... AND the Live CD? Sounds iffy... Whats the catch, I wonder? I'll ponder on that for a few days. :-P And yes, I can watch US-DVDs on my DVD-player. It is region-free, so no problems there. :-) And yes again, the irony is not lost on my that a swede is ordering music from the US when the band is German... X-D

A trailer has ended up on YouTube for the thing to:
Trailer for Humanoid City Live... )
Wicked. :-D And no. I didn't cry or go into hysterics like those kids on the first row, thank you very much... I am to old for that shit. I did scream a bit and sang along, I admit though. ;-)

More music! The NSFW kinda music (and if you are american and easily offended, avoid). I fucking LOVE Denis Leary... That man is not politically correct at all. I love it. So damn much, oh hellz to the yes. Had never heard of him, until hubby bought the DVD with his stand up show No Cure for Cancer. He smokes, drinks whiskey and his quick ranting is so full of insanity it is unbelievable. I love it. And this song, Asshole, just rocks. X-D Just wanted to share. ;-)
I'm an asshole! )
And thats the uncensored version... Ehm... X-D Awesome.

To keep with the wicked sense of humor... Lets have some Twilight-spanking while we are at it. X-D

You know what I really love? I love it when the actors themselves spank Twilight to hell and back... and get away with it. X-D This... is so made of win. So damn awesome. This is from Twicon this year. (Of course they have a con. Anyone surprised? I am not.) Robert Pattinson, Kristin Stewart and Taylor Lautner was there, of course. So far so good.... Then they start answering questions... and things go downhill fast! X-D Did you know Taylor Lautners nipples go stiff when Robert Pattinson touches them? X-D Well now you do. Rejoice, slash-fans! *laughs ass of*
He grabs my right breast! )
The best part is how they can't stop laughing at the idiotic roles they have to play! I hate the books and I hate the movies, even though I can't help but watch them (train-wreck-syndrome?), but dammit I love them actors! X-D

Music lover
This day has been quite lovely, indeed. :-) We took a walk at the zoo today, and made a deal together to take at least a one hour walk each day, me and [livejournal.com profile] peting73. A good deal. I doubt it will be something we can do together, since [livejournal.com profile] peting73 wants to do it before breakfast, and I wanna do it after breakfast. X-D I kinda need my breakfast, thank you very much. ;-) He prefers to relax with his breakfast after he has done his exercise as it were. We'll see if we can figure out a solution in the morning. ;-)

Not done with the royal wedding just yet, though. :-D I have three clips from the wedding right here on YouTube (that was quick...). And I figured I'd share it with anyone else that might be curious or have missed it.

This is a clip showing highlights from the wedding ceremony. The commentary is in swedish, and they say there Yes in swedish to, of course. :-) And the groom wipes a tear.... It is all so very, very cute! And you can see how there love shines! They look wonderful together. :-) And yes, the bridal crown she wears is from the Royal Treasury and is the same crown her mother, the Queen wore when she got married to our current King. It was original created on the order of Napoleon to his beloved Josephine, and through historic circumstances ended up in Sweden. (The first king of the Bernadotte line was originally a Marshal of France under Napoleon, Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte who later changed his name to Charles XIV Johan, to have his name sound more swedish as it were.)

Highlights from the Royal Wedding... )

The ABBA-boys, Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, wrote a song for her wedding to. :-) So gorgeous! It's title should tell you what it is about... "Resting blissfully in your arms"... Gorgeous, yes? :-)

Resting blissfully in your arms... )

And then this song was sung in the church to. And this one is in english! So everyone can enjoy it! :-D Björn Skifs and Anges Carlsson sang it with so so much feeling. I loved it. And I suspect this one and the previous will be sung at many weddings all over Sweden in the future... :-)

When you tell the world your mine... )

I just noticed this to... Someone has been insane enough to post the ENTIRE WEDDING on YouTube! That means ALL FOUR DAYS! o.O Wow, I say... Just wow... Anyway, if you really, really wanna see the whole thing, you can start here and then you can find part 2, part 3 and so on at the left side of the vid. :-)

Royal Wedding in Sweden Part 1

I'll try to shut up about the wedding now. :-P Promise!

This has been a lovely lovely day. :-) Our beloved Her Royal Highness Crownprincess Victoria got married today. Been on the TV all day. And I did watch it, yes. Or should I say, I have watched must of it. There is still things going on in our capital Stockholm until midnight, and the TV is airing it all. Yes, I am a bit royalistic today. Even [livejournal.com profile] peting73 got a bit royalistic today. And with good cause to. I mean, it is not that often a royal wedding takes place. Especially one where the bride is a future queen. Her husband, Daniel, will have the same work cut out for him as HRH The Prince Consort of Denmark Henrik (married to HM Queen Margrethe of Denmark) or The Duke of Edingburgh (married the Queen Elisabeth I of England). I guess it won't be easy, since he is just a regular guy. But from what I have seen on interviews and the few official duties he has preformed with HRH Victoria, I think he'll do just fine, once he gets used to it. :-) He seems to be a nice guy all around.

So I like royalty. Sue me. X-D

Not done much else then that, and surfing the net today, since it has been raining all day. :-/ Blah. At least the sun was shining on the pretty bride in Stockholm today. :-)

Anyway for those outside of Sweden that would like to know or see more of the royal wedding...

Here is the website of the Swedish Royal Court. It is not updated about the wedding today yet, but I suspect it will be tomorrow. There are updates from the celebrating concert that was held yesterday though. :-)

Only found one YouTube vid about the wedding in english so far, but it is a pretty good one throwing in some of our history to. One of the reasons I love our Royal Family. They are a living and breathing connection to our history. Not to mention they are doing a great job representing Sweden internationally.

I'd say do a search for Royal Swedish Wedding or Swedish Royal Wedding on YouTube tomorrow and you'll have a lot to see. ;-)

HRH Crownprincess Victoria and her Daniel, some history and sights in Stockholm and all english...  )

I wish them all the luck in the world, and a long and happy life. :-)

Edit: Found one more YouTube vid, from the cortége the happy couple did through Stockholm. :-)

The cheering of the people... )
