Them troublesome kids that we've had trouble with lately reached new heights of obnoxiousness today. :-/ Went so far they scared little kids that are in second grade, only 8 years old. That's just... not right. All the headmasters are involved now. Social services are involved, since it's near impossible to get in touch with parents and they apparently don't give a fuck. My colleague and I both tried to get them to behave, but it just did not work.
I am not proud to say it, but I did lose my cool today. I did. :-/ Had to leave the library for a min and went to a office/lunchroom that the teachers have right next door. And walked around taking a breather to relax. It helped TONS! And the teachers there did NOT blame me. They know these kids very well. The form-master of one of them was run ragged, poor woman. She was desperate, felt like she'd tried everything. *shakes head*
Time will tell what will happen with them three kids, I suppose. They're just in 7th grade, 13 years old.
Oh well. I wasn't supposed to rant about work, actually. Plan was to share some fun and interesting videos I've run across, so... Let's continue on with that. :-)
Anyone who knows me knows that I am... NOT a fan of Failbook, to put it mildly. *lol* So I found this very interesting to see. I wonder if those who actually use Failbook will find it interesting to?
Another thing you should know if you've been around for a bit is that I have a big hate for Twilight... and an even bigger hate for 50 Shades of Grey. I managed to read all three books of Twilight (in english no less), painful as it was, and then proceeded to join other haters to... well, rant about them. 50 Shades of Grey? I am having HUGE troubles even getting past the first book. If my best friend hadn't challenged me, I would have burnt the book a LONG time ago. :-/ Why? Well, this little book takes up ONE of the many reasons I am having trouble reading it.
Also, my GORGEOUS friend Owlfoot made a tribute to Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time (which is hilarious, btw, and you need to watch it despite them speaking swedish...). Owlfoot RULES though! X-D
Yes, I have friends that are that gorgeous. Also, she's taken. ;-)
Onwards to some music! As you know, I do have a thing for Eminem. ;-) And one of his latest music-vids nearly had me in tears. He's dealt with his mom in various ways in his music before, but not like this. This... was beautiful. Very unexpected from him considering the past.
More music! Since I started reading and following body-positivity blogs, tweets and Instagrams, not to mention hashtags, I've read and seen so much awesome. Among many, this music-vid. Where three GORGEOUS plus-size models who did their own spin on Beyonce's song Flawless. And this is. Flawless.
Having six tattoos by this point, and considering a seventh... You could say I am hooked. *lol* And this is really REALLY cool to see how the skin reacts to the tattoo-needle... in slow motion... :-D The skill the tattoo-artist shows is AMAZING! Talk about steady hands!
And lastly, let's all just melt at the cute. Teeny tiny kids having a taste of various foods for the first time. It's SO CUTE! :-D Alexandra has reacted much like it at times. Very much "What is this shit? Am I supposed to eat that? Ew, ew! Hell no!" *spits it out* So yeah, we can all need something cute sometimes, right? ;-)
Right! And now I'm going to bed. Let's hope for a calmer day tomorrow at the library. *has little hope*
