Being sick and also Game of Thrones

Well, dammit... I thought my cold was gonna calm down somewhat. Apparently not.

Spent my night at the ER last night because I couldn't breath properly. That is NOT good... Doc asked me if I'd ever had astma... o.O Since my air pipes pretty much sounded like it. Nope, sire. Never had it. Got meds for it though, and it did the trick. Home at 5am. Collapsed.

And today? My nose has been dripping so much I've had to blow it so many times my skin is raw around that area. :-P And I still cough, even if my breathing is OK now. We'll see how that goes when I go to bed. :-P I have picked up meds for it now though, so no need to go to the ER again.

This is no fun, let me tell you. I hate being sick like this. :-P

Good part today though, was that the TV-show Game of Thrones started on swedish television today! :-D YAY! So I watched the first episode, if a bit hesitantly to be frank, to see what it was all about... And hey, I like Sean Bean. :-)

And it was good. VERY good. :-D I'll be looking forward to more of this, even if the first episode was more about introducing characters (of course, as befit a first episode). I think I am falling a bit for the dwarf though, Tyrion Lannister. And what the heck with all the twincest and incest?!?!?! X-D A TH fan would feel right at home, I swear... Yep, yep... Gonna follow this with great interest. :-)

Cool with the swedish channel they aired it on was that they had a short discussion show right afterwards. Which was surprisingly fun to watch! Really good setup, I'd say.

Anyway, so... Kinda beaten today (not so strange, perhaps), so I am sorry that I am behind on comments and f-list and, well... Everything. :-P I am going to at least TRY and catch up tomorrow!

Now I am going to bed. And hopefully I'll be able to breath properly tonight. :-P

I'm sorry to hear you are so ill, and the ER, it's not a nice place to spend your night at, I really hope you don't have to do that again. My daugther was 13 then she got asthma, guess it can strike at any age.

And was that tonihgt? damn, had planned to try to watch that, I never, almost, watch tv anymore, but well, thought I could give it a try.

Not very fun, no. :-P To be fair though, we didn't go there until 3am, so we didn't spend THAT long a time there. (Hubby came home at 3am, so. :-P) The Doc was awesome, and it was a calm night so... :-) We were lucky that way.

Good to hear it wasn't that bad at the ER atleast, it can be pure horror just to go ther some of the times (believe me, i have worked there ;) )

and oh, I know, I always forgott....(yes, I'm old. and yes, my kids laugh at me then I suddenly remember things like that exists....) but then I have something to look at when I take out my braids this week end, tanks!

The Play sites are awesome. :-) Nearly ever swedish TV-channel has them! :-D Just Google-search for whatever channel you want, and check it out!

LoL I'm a year older. But I blame my kids (yes, I blame everything on them, it's the good thing about beeing a mom) I was just taking care of babys and kinds and teenagers when everybody else enjoyed the wounders of internet....
