My gawd damn ovaries again....

It took me three hours to get out of bed this morning.... THREE HOURS!!! *groan* That is so not me. My menstrual cramps have really kicked it up a notch this month. Thank you so fucking much. :-/ I got up. Took a scalding shower (that helped against the pain a little bit). Then after that. I just collapsed for them three hours. Geez... I am walking around double over. And I have to take long breaks from the computer. That is not normal when I have menstrual cramps usually. I have pain-killers and got the tip from a lovely gynecologist nurse to combine two different kinds. She assured me it was safe. I did. Problem. It didn't help. Gawd dammit! *sigh*

And in the midst of this pain-haze... I promised to help a friend drive them to the veterinary clinic. They called at 10pm last night, quite desperate, asking if I could help them. That ended up with me driving peting73 to work at 1pm, then home for a bit. Then driving my friend and his cat at 3pm. Then home and now I only have to pick up peting73 at 11:30pm. After that? I'll collapse, oh gawd yes... I so hope these cramps will be lesser tomorrow.

I am so sorry to hear that!! My period pains are extreme as well. My very first period the pain was so bad the docs though my appendix had ruptured. :/ I go through fainting spells, throwing up, getting light and hot headed, dizzy, and the only thing that helps is if I wait til after I have thrown up to take meds and I have to lay in a bathtub full of scalding hot water :/ The docs always tell me 'Oh, you're just sensitive to pain."... MY ASS! Thats not normal! hahaha. I hope you get to feeling better ASAP! I definitely can relate to your uncomfort right now.

Sounds like you have Endometriosis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endometriosis) as well. :-/ Should get that checked out. No really. That is one damn evil disease, let me tell you. One key symptom is extreme pains during your period. :-/
