Books from hell, life, movies etc...

spicehobbit is amused by me. And no wonder. I have started to read Twilight... *groan* Yeah. It is bad, people. BAD! This is bad-fic! And published... *boggles* Fucking Bella... I wanna take this main-character, throw her over my lap, and smack her silly.... She is supposed to be, what? 16, 17 years old? I mean, she acts like a 10 year old.... and spoiled. But I will read them all. I know spicehobbit plans to buy them all, so I'll borrow them from her. I have the first two here. It won't be easy... It might be very evul... Expect more bashing as I continue reading these...

My job is also, oh so not fun. :-P I found out this tuesday that I am supposed to go on a business trip to Malmö.... Before Christmas! Well, great planning there, folks... NOT! *groan* December is just the most busy time of the year, people.

It is still slow at work, though. Good thing. Makes sure I can write on my vamp-thing. And trust me. My vamps aren't as silly as SMeyers at least. I can promise that much!

Talking of vampires, to celebrate spicehobbits birthday, we are going to the movies together tomorrow to see Låt den rätte komma in (Let the right one in). I have read this book. It is very disturbing, amazingly beutiful, wonderfully romantic and in the midst of it... cute. :-) It will be very intresting to see the movie tomorrow, if they have managed to capture the same sense as the book.

Having a blast still with World of Warcraft and the expansion Wrath of the Lichking. :-) Little Caina, the fierce warrioress is now level 71! Yay! Still looking silly with her fighting her way through the world, reaching her enemies to there knee's.... *grin* Gnomes rule. Just saying.

Lets end this with a fun little test that I took. Apparently my cats aren't as innocent as they pretend...



Right then. Time for bed, I'd say. Work tomorrow, after all. Then... Weekend! Can't wait. :-)

Oh, I have already read Stoney's posts. ;-) And das_mervin has posted a chapter-by-chapter bashing of the first book. Read it all. But I felt silly dislike something I have never even read myself. :-P So thats what I am doing now. Reading them, so I can properly dislike them when I am done. ;-)

Had to comment about your icon. At first glance, gruesome me thought it was a wolf with half his head missing. Phew! I guess I have been reading too much about the asinine people in this country that want to remove the wolf from the endangered species list so they can hunt them...in wildlife preserves.

I like wolves.

Oh, I know about the wolf thing. :-( It is the same here. In the north of Sweden, where wolfs are actually starting to appear again, it is alot of poaching sadly. They have been near extinct here. I love wolfs. Wolfs and cats are my favorite animals. Gorgeous creatures.

i usually don't stereotype, considering i love ultimately cheesy things like buffy, xena, harry potter, and also cheese in general. but i just get turned off from twilight, when people are talking about it. ive decided not to read it. maybe ill see the movie. (gasp!) and from your description, since we share an extremely similar taste in books, im definitely not going to now.

I am laughing at it, since I think it is so bad. So in that sense, I am amused by it.

But seriously. Get your own opinion. That is the first reason why I am reading them. I've read alot of bashing of these books to, before reading them. That got me curious, so I wanted to see if they really was that bad. Hence, I started reading them.

You could read the first book, just to make up your mind. I bet they have them in the library around where you live. :-)

Twilight eh? Think I'll stay away from that and continue to read yaoi fics. At least there I know I'll like what's gonna happen... most of the time. xD

Oh, Twilight... It is crack, I tell you! I am reading, and laughing at how bloody awful it is. I do plan on seeing it on the movies to, just to mock the annoying fans and the movie to.
