This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

As P said when he got home. Aha... It is one of those days today. I have actually gotten things done today. Only, every single thing I have gotten done cost money, but still. Blah.

Yesterday was also blah, much like today. I have had to many blah-days lately. Blah. I was at the employment service office yesters. Thats always fun. Not. From now on I must be there at 8 in the morning every wednesdays to search for jobs on there computers, and also make a list of all the jobs I have sent applications to. Oh, and I can't use my personal hotmail there, because really. We might not be looking for jobs then. Excuse my sarcasm. *sigh* It seems like the longer you are unemployed the more idiotic the employment service office gets. I know they mean well. The government has issued even more rules that will make it worse for us people that are unemployed for a long time, it would seem. I haven't found much about it, but when I do... Prepare for a rant.

So blah.

On monday I had my first Dance-Play-class thingy with kids from around the neighborhood, or so I thought. Three kids showed up. One so small she didn't dare leave mommy's lap. The other two and me hit it on hard to old classical kids dances, and some modern stuff I threw in to. Interesting thing is that the lady that hired me from the Local history association (who runs this thing, and pays me) sat staring during the whole thing on a sofa in the room. OK... That just didn't make me even more nervous. The kids mom's also sat staring during the whole hour as well... *sigh* Blah. I got kudos for the little butterfly thing that [livejournal.com profile] sunnifwa thought me, but still.
They also seem to want me to not only do all the work it takes to prepare one of these little classes (OK, it is not much work, but still), they also seem to think I should do posters about it and put up all over the neighborhood... OK. I think not. I am not payed for that, really. And I am not so much into your association that I would want to do it just like that.

So blah.

After the class, I followed the lady from the local history association to there folklore dancing thing. I haven't danced any folklore dancing since I moved here 6 years ago, so I really looked forward to it. It showed that the dances they danced, I learned when I was around 15 years old.... Riiight... Good thing in it all was that it all came back to me in a flash, so I shouldn't worry about trying out the other little group of folklore dancers in this city. Maybe they are on a higher level. Maybe... I have little hopes. Seems like the folklore dancing group I left was one of the better around south Sweden. *sigh*

So blah.

Much blah today. Sorry about that. I'll go eat some more chocolate cake now. :-/

*hugs* See it this way... you COULD have gotten a roomfull of screaming kids who spent the whole hour yanking each other's hair. I say kudos to you for pulling it off! And pwning the rest of the class in folk dance at least shows that lady that you kow your business.

Bah. I guess your thumbs didn't help, sadly, since no kids showed up... :-( I'll jump in extra for one of the other girls tonight, though, since she is sick. Always something. :-P
