This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Beware of happy rant I say!!!

This weekend was great! Really, really great! Visited [livejournal.com profile] chigrima with a bunch of other friends, [livejournal.com profile] astroflammante, [livejournal.com profile] skarvsladden and [livejournal.com profile] tekiila (formally known here as Teddy). We had a blast! We didn't do anything, really. Watched TV, talked, went for walks, played games (mostly Monopoly, I'd say...), checking and experimenting with LJ... Basiclly we just co-existed. But that was all that was needed to make a great weekend among friends. We sure have scatterd some now, when getting jobs, and moving around. But still, we are good, good friends. :-)

Oh, and to rest of very clever f-list, be kind to [livejournal.com profile] skarvsladden and [livejournal.com profile] tekiila, will you? They are very new to LJ, but not so innocent that one might think... *grin*

(Mental note to self: Must remember to send bunch of Spike fanvids to [livejournal.com profile] tekiila...)

Right then, so what is it with this day that makes it so great, hmmm...? Well, today I had a "date" with my friend David. He is really good at coding websites. So, we had a date at the school, borowing computers and doing a little test-site, that I can look at when coding my own. And yes, [livejournal.com profile] silvestris, I will be useing CSS now... ;-) Just seeing this site, sure inspired me!!!!
CSS Zengarden
Check it out! It sure is a treat to the eye. :-)

So, while doing this, discussing different codes, my phone rang. And it was from the latest job I applicated for!!! They wanted me to show up for a test-thing they got, next week! WEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! So great! And I really, really want this job! Means I got to work with David and Cat! I would really love that. :-D
Hold your thumbs, people!

He is happy... and so am I... means he can stay in Borås with me...

oh yeah... only problem is... I have a hell of a lot to do (read: like I have time to see him)... but I expect things to slow down a bit when I begin with my thesis (yes you heard me... but I'm writing alone and can decide when and were I want to write it... Writing alone is a dream com true... It only cost me five very firm calls to the thesiscoordinator...)

CSS Zengarden was pretty cool... I will soon toubleshout my own site.. it looks like hel in firefox and dosen't work properly in IE... so... when I get the time...

Had to check your site now, just because. :-P It didn't look to bad in Firefox, I'd say. I use Firefox all the time, so... :-) Either that or Opera. :-) It does seem that having your site show up correctly in Firefox can be a bit of a hassel... As me and David discoverd during our CSS-date. We got our test-site to work perfectly well in both Opera and IE, but not in Firefox. And neither one of us could figure out why. Odd, eh? :-P Well, the battle continues. :-)

just installed firefox myself... but something went wrong... when writing in firefox my marker kept moving left every now and then... that makes it very hard to write... specily passwords...

Well as Joel was kind enough to explain, firefox builds on Netscape not Explorer, thats why the sites looks completly diffrent in the two browsers... Althou I thought Opera also build on Netscape.... but still, It could be diffrent...

well... I'm seriosly beginning to doubt Firefox ability to please me... (and yes I'm using explorer now... AGAIN!)

I think that is up to personal tast, actually. I love Firefox and Opera (even when it kills my crappy comp..). I think it is just a matter of taste. :-) Now I just have to figure out why that code won't work in Firefox. Found an LJ-community about CSS. (I think there are communities about everything here!!!) I think I am going to write a question about that code there... Maybe they'll help.

This is the community btw: [livejournal.com profile] css_forum. I am sure there are more communites, but this one seemed friendly to me. :-)
