This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Oh good lord... *fans self*

I just got a very good reminder as to why I am SUCH a Spike-girl in the Buffy-fandom. Well, Spike and Drusilla to be honest, but damn... DAMN! James Marsters sure has a way to melt my underwear off...

That man. Good lord... o.O

Anyways.

Going to visit mom this weekend, which will be interesting for sure. As most of the time, my relatives think it is a bit of a bother to go here, but find it so, SOOOO much easier for us to go there... (Same journey, people. It's 2 hours no matter who is driving.) So I've made plans with most of them to come to moms this weekend so they can see Alexandra. Only the closest of my relatives, to that'll only be between 10-15 people. Not that many if you consider the big parties where we're around 25-35 people... Just saying.

Anyhow, I called my aunt and uncles and my brother if they could come on Saturday or Friday to mom, since we'd be there. :-) It ended up being a mini-party for Alexandra on Saturday evening. :-D I made a cake. Chocolate on chocolate cake, I call it. In the book it calls it Truffle-spongecake. It is pretty much two chocolate spongecakes with dark chocolate truffle in between. Surprisingly easy to make! So we'll bring that one with us tomorrow. :-)

I hope it'll be a good weekend and that Alexandra will take to the trip well. She doesn't mind being in the car. She likes it, in fact as long as the car is running. Getting put down into the carseat and strapped in... Not so fun. *lol* But as soon as the car starts, she is fine. :-) 2 hours is a long trip when she is only 1 month and a week though... So keep your fingers crossed for us. :-)

Now... What the hell to pack (apart from diapers and formula...)? *ponders*

Sounds nice with a party like this, and I'm sure it won't be any problem with the trip! And that cake.... Oh, I want cake! LoL

(oh, don't listen to me, I went to London with Anna when she was 13 weeks old, and the UN-youth camp the week after, on the other hand, she did turn out right anyway ;-)

Ha ha ha! I know! A friend of ours took her week or so old son to a party at the Student Union Pub... He is 8 years old now, and is a wonderful wise ass kid! :-D So clearly it works. :-) We'll be bringing Alexandra to such a party to beginning of October! (Studentkårer och Sexmästerister, fuck yes!)

It sure dose! We sleept (at the camp) on the floor in a (gympasal, är för febrig och snuvvig för att tänka) with 53 other teen-agers, sleept with her beside me in the sleeping sack, hm, maybe that's why she still loves camping and festivals? LoL.

Oh yes, she was really really good. :-) Sleept the whole way back and forth. And we didn't forget anything either, so I'd say we did good for our first trip and overnight stay. :-)

Also, one can never EVER get enough sexy Spike... in my book, preferably with Drusilla. :-)

She sure did! She really was a dream-baby all weekend, I am so proud of her. :-) Sleept in the car, and was just as happy no matter who cuddled with her all weekend. Couldn't have gone better really. :-)

I love reading your life updates they are so funny, unless their serious and then those take considerable thought input ... but these funny/serious ones make me laugh and use wayyyy less brain cells ;-P

Yes, the relatives. What more can we say then that? Force the 1 month old, teeny tiny baby to make the 2 hr drive. But I hope you all have a nice visit and hopefully there will be gifts :D The chocolate chocolate chocolate cake sounds yummy and now I'm craving! I want a piece!! Please???

Alexandra sounds like me. If someone drives me around I can sleep too. lol. Just don't make her drive! You guys can't sleep while she's doing all the work.

What to pack? Formula, diapers, and check you and hubby to make sure you're dressed, have shoes on, hair combed, and chocolate cake!!!

Have fun!

Well, I am glad my rambles about life amuses someone. :-) My updates are pretty much me. Sometimes I am serious and sometimes I am... not so very serious... X-D And sometimes I am a little of both. :-)

Yeah, I love my relatives I really do. They are AWESOME in every which way... but very busy and a bit lazy when it comes to take longer trips. :-P Having said that though, I gotta say Alexandra was on her best behavior and didn't whine once. Slept the whole way in the car, and was just as happy no matter who cuddled her and cooed over her. :-)

We did good to! Didn't forget a thing! Well, not anything off her things. X-D I forgot my shower-stuff, but hey... I stayed at my moms so it was no problem borrowing hers. *grins*
