This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

See, now I am slowly getting back into the swing of things. :-)

My backed up files from Frenchie has been transfered to Sweetie, so now I have everything where I want it all to be again. AWESOME! Now I feel more at home with Sweetie. :-) Sweetie is much quicker then my old comp, so it is a joy to use her really. Haven't got WoW to work properly yet with addons and what not, but hey... I'll play around with that tomorrow. I am sure I'll figure it out by then. :-) And I've gotten Microsoft Office to work to! YAY! I haz Word again... Awesome, awesome...

Was late with posting to [livejournal.com profile] gs_daily, but that was to be expected. My partner in crime, [livejournal.com profile] rule_number_7, was well aware off it so we'll just call it a hickup in posting. That works, right? ;-)

Worked a bit today, and it was busy! REALLY busy at the library! They had open storytime for little kids today... Meaning A LOT of kids! LOUD kids! And stressed parents... and stressed patrons who don't like the loud kids... and patrons with weird questions...

In a way I was glad I only worked three hours today. :-P I like kids, I really do! But with that many kids? Things get a bit.... crazy, shall we say...?

After work I went to take a swim, which was LOVELY! I kept it up for 1 hour, so I was seriously beat after that. o.O Coming home, I just had energy to make the bed and eat. Then I collapsed on the sofa, taking a nap.... that turned into two hours! o.O NOT PLANNED! But I guess I needed it. *lol*

Swiming.... oh that sounds so good!
Nice to hear that things working out between you and your new love, it is allways so much to do in the begining before everything feels like home again!

Swimming is good exercise! It doesn't hurt your body to much, but gives it a workout still. :-)

Oh, it really is! :-D But now I am feeling more and more at home with Sweetie. :-) I am sure we'll be great friends for many years to come. ;-)

Yeah, when I do go to take a swim I usually keep it up for 45mins - 1hour. :-) It is really, really good exercise! I should just go and do it more often. ;-)

You sound much more patient with the kids than I would have been! :P That sounds pretty crazy!

I'm so glad hubby got you a nice computer that's working so well, and I'm really happy you're getting everything settled in. I'm especially glad you didn't lose much!

Well, I wasn't in charge of the kids section that day... ;-) Might have something to do with it, I am sure... *grin*

Yeah, having an external HD has really been a gawd send, if you know what I mean. Not only for my peace of mind, but when things like this DOES happen! I mean, I have photos from years back saved on computer plus external. I would HATE to lose that!
