Most libraries I've worked in have books in several languages. Mostly in those languages that is most common in the area from immigrants from various countries.
The big city library, where I work now, stocks up on books from all the countries where immigrants in the city and the county are from. So there are a lot of books in various languages. A special area in the library dedicated to literature in other languages. The most common languages around immigrants here are finnish, arabian and persian. Then we have a HUGE section of english books, since most swedes have english as their second languge, and speak it fluently.
When it comes to comics and graphic novels though, we have them in three languages. Swedish, english and finnish. Most of them are in swedish though. There are quite a few good swedish comic/graphic novel artists lately that have some awesome stories to tell! :-)
