Vampire-LARP, glasses and Eminem...

Oh hum... I am alive, I promise. Don't know why I haven't updated? :-P Anyway, Saturday was LARP-night which is always fun. :-D Frida Wagner, my dear character, managed to make her Mistress happy with her, so now she is all happy and shit to. She is also pretending to be Ceaser Milan and having classes how to raise english mastiff dogs that are to be used as fighting dogs and guard dogs... she has a ton of servants to other vampires that comes over to her trailer in the trailer park where she currently lives with her four adult mastiff dogs and 16 (!) mastiff puppies... It is SLIGHTLY crowded. *lol* Anyway, she has sold 11 of them puppies and now she has to teach the new caretakers how to deal with these HUGE dogs... So fun times is had by all... And she almost got stuck in a burning building during the LARP as well... so she had to jump out of a window on the third floor... but she survived it with bruises and a sprained ankle, using some of the vampiric powers she has gotten from her Mistress Isabella. So that was a lot of fun! :-D

Rest of the weekend was less fun though, since my menstrual cramps came and assaulted me like HELL! MY GAWD! The whole Sunday was spent knocked out on the couch... Was NOT fun, and I was basically a bitch since I was in so much pain. Poor peting73. He is used to me though, luckily, so he spoiled me a bit and all was good.

One huge thing though! Friday, before all that, I went and ordered new glasses... o.O I've had the same glasses for 6 years, and now I needed stronger ones. Plus my spectacle frames are about to fall to pieces. Now I am all nervous though that I have picked the wrong ones! Guh... Photos will come when I get them new glasses...

Lately I've been turned into a Eminem girl to... Wait, what? I mean, I've listened to his music for YEARS... And I really do like it. But I haven't, you know... turned into a fan as such until lately... Weird. Anyway, I spent most of today looking at Eminem vids on Youtube... And he is kinda funny, looking all hard and shit... but he has quite the sense of humor and the cutest laugh, I am not even kidding! X-D

I really liked this interview that CBS 60 Minutes did with him... A serious man and more easy going then one might think...

This one was a lot of fun to watch to, I must say... *lol* Not awkward at all, man... X-D

One might think pranking Eminem is a bad idea, him being pissed at you... Very wrong... This one made me laugh my ass off, the LOOK on his face, I mean... GAWD! X-D But he is taking the prank in stride... Don't be a dick, Paul! Don't be a dick! X-D

He can apparently be a joker behind the scenes, as is evident in this video with a collection of funny Eminem moments. :-)

Clearly you can't be very sensitive if you joke with him, because he'll get back at you and good! X-D

And OMG, his little daughter Haillie who is singing on some of his songs? Not so little anymore... She is apparently 15 years old! o.O Shit.... All props to Eminem though for managing to keep her out of the spotlight. Woe the interviewer who tries to ask anything about her, they'll get on his bad side right away and they won't get shit out of him about her... MAYOR props for that!

In this interview the guy tries to ask about Hallie, but it's like talking to a stone. He gets all the answers he wants about everything else but about Eminems kids.

And lastly... Who knew Eminem did a collaboration with Bruno Mars? How did I miss this?!?!? It is awesome! :-D

Right, so... I'll go shut up now. *lol* I'll try to write something more interesting tomorrow. ;-)

Em gives me chills when I watch him. Yeah, he's said some messed up stuff, but he's right about it being no worse than some of the other popular rappers out there. (That's why I can't get bent out of shape over what Bushido raps about--it's the same deal.) Anyway, these were great interviews. I'm so glad to see he's healthy and doing well. :)

And only the good kind of chills, right? ;-) Yeah. I really like him. He has such an intensity that I just can't help but love. Even if some of what he says is really.. out there... But he is right, as you say. What he says ain't much worse then what other rappers say. It is part of that kind of music, is all. :-)

It is quite amazing his new record, Recovery. Have you heard it? So different then his other music... And so so much better. All of it. He's grown so much since he got sober. To the better, I believe.

Yeah, the good kind. ;) I do have "Recovery" but I've never really listened to it! A friend got it for me but I don't listen to music all that often on my computer. I need to burn it to listen to it in my car. :)

I've always loved eminem. ALWAYS. Plus, I've had a huuuge crush on him. Lol.
I didn't know he only had a 9th grade education - I have always thought he was educated and well spoken. I'm glad I could finally watch these videos - they were great. <3 Thank you for posting them! I'm so glad that he is sober now. It is really awesome that he has a sense of humor and protects his daughter - I didn't even realize that she was that old, don't know anything about her, really. Which is awesome, he gets huge props as a father! I have always wanted to see him perform. It is my goal to see him in concert for sure! =o)

Me it didn't surprise at all that he jumped off school what with the little one knows about his childhood... Seen the movie 8th Mile? It isn't a biography as such, but much is apparently based on his life... So yeah...

I am damn happy he is sober now to. There is such a difference listening to his early lyrics and those on his latest album Recovery... It is crazy. I LOVE Recovery!!! Have you heard it? Fucking amazing!!! Not the same man who rapped about killing his ex....

Nowadays he seems to be one hell of a dad, yeah... but I wonder how he was when he was all depressed and shit and was on drugs... Probably not the best dad around then. I am just happy he despite that managed to keep his kids out of the spotlight. Apparently he has two daughters, but it is only Hallie who has been singing on some off his songs. I think...

I would LOVE to see him in a concert to! My gawd... But the chances that Eminem would come to... Sweden? They are slim at best. :-/
