This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Isn't it annoying when you really, really itch to start reading a fanfic, it seems so gawd damn good...? :-P But at the same time want it to be completed? Well, I have that problem. Said fanfic is up to 98 chapters, and is still not finished. Dammit. *sigh*

I do have other reading to enjoy myself with though. :-) Thanx to the AWESOME bookblog Bokhora.Se, I have found the book Ung, bög och jävligt kär... And my gawd, it is awesome. I have read a few books now about homosexual teens, but this? This really takes the cake. This is the best so far. Fucking brilliant. It is a harsh world kids live in today especially if your a second generation immigrant and live in the outskirts of a big city like Stockholm, and it is made even more harsh if you happen to be gay. Loving on this book so hard. Sadly, don't think it is translated to english, but if your swedish or understand swedish I HIGHLY recommend this book. It doesn't matter if your straight, homo or bi... if your an adult or a teen... Everyone should read this.

Have amused myself with spreading the Tokio Hotel love in a sharing community today. Posted some of there music and wrote about them in [livejournal.com profile] rebelgirls_ink. I like that community. Mainly a graphics community where you request icons and blinkies, but there are also pic-spams and music shares there. :-) Really nice. I do recommend that place. *pimps*

No, I haven't. :-) I am not in the Harry Potter fandom, as it were... But that sounds interesting. Is it a book? *curious*

It'll rock your world. It's the first fanfic I've ever been hooked on.

Sounds nice, I will see if I can find a Danish version or try to read the Swedish one. Have you read 'Spelar roll by Hans Olsson'? I read it when I was still in high school and to this day it's still my favorite.

Summary:
Johan Alexander går i nian.

No, I haven't read that book.:-) Checked the library, and they do have it. So have put it on hold for me. *grins* Hopefully I'll get it shortly, so I can read it just after I have finished this one off. It sure sounds interesting!

It really is a great comm! :-D You should definitely join it. :-) They are a bit iffy about letting new people in, since they are really strict with crediting.... as all blinkie-makers are. But tell them I sent you and you should be cool. :-)

Bokhora is a most dangerous site! I so don´t need more books to read (until I´ve finished the huge pile here *eyes pile*) but that book sounds interesting.

About that fanfic; how long are the chapters? If they´re quite long, 98 chapters can take a while to read. But on the other hand; if there´s something more annoying than a long WIP, it´s to start reading it and then the author stops updating! *head-desk*

Chapters aren't THAT long, and the writer is known to write harsh dark fics with a lot of reality thrown in... and to finish off what she has started. So I know it will get finished.... Just when... WHEN!!!! Gah.... I wanna read it now, dammit!

Bokhora is damn dangeorus... I think one of them is on a quest to find all the books you can for homosexual teens in all ages. Hence I am on a roll to read those books at the moment. Nearly finished off Ung, bög och jävligt kär just today. And it was one of those books you can hardly stop reading. VERY good!!! You should read it to! :-D
