Lots of stuff going on and I... can't write about it here. At least not yet. And it is damn frustrating because I am used to write about everything and anything on this thing, and now I can't. :-P I will though... I will! Just not yet. :-P

peting73 and I have just been hanging out today, took a drive just for the hell of it and talked and stuff. It was nice. Really nice. :-) My computer is getting older as it were, and we have started talking about getting a new one in a year or so. But a laptop for me. :-P However, I have gotten used to my screen, that is quite huge. 21''. A laptop would at most have a screen off 17-18''. At most. :-/ We'll see what happens when this thing gives up. He has planted the idea in my mind, and I am not totally against it. It would just be such a huge difference compared to the screen I have today. :-P

Friday after work we went to congratulate my brothers daughter on her 4th birthday, which was awesome, thank you! :-D His kids are so cute, and it was really nice to meet my crazy huge extended family. :-) Had quite the talk with one of my cousins that I usually don't talk that much with. He works at the a prison as a guard and we talked a bit about that and his new apartment that he just got. He is only 25, and has just moved out from home. Scary work, you say? Well consider this... Not only is my cousin quite muscular and massive, he is also 6.3 feet tall (1,93 meters)... He likes his job, actually, and is going to try to advance there. I am so, so proud of him. :-)

Then Saturday we went to another birthday party, this time to peting73s cousin. Also a lot of fun! :-D She is so cute. Now she got some troubles with her teeth, so the dentist has told her in no uncertain terms that she has to avoid anything sweet. So she offered some really nice lowcarbhighfat snack instead of the usual birthday cake. :-) Brilliant! We had a really good time visiting her as well.

Next week will again be a damn busy one! I hope I'll be able to keep up. :-P I have caught up on my f-list though! Wohoo! And I got my new snazzy layout that subvocaled at pearlseas coded for me, and did ALL the graphics and stuff for it as well. :-D Awesome, ain't it?

A 17 inch screen in a laptop isn't too bad at all. I think my newer one is smaller than that, and I miss the 17 inch a little bit. ;)

Well, compared to a 21 inch screen... it is a bit of a difference. ;-) We'll see what will happen though.My computer is four years now (got it as a gift on my 30th birthday from peting73) and according to my darling hubby, it is a good thing to change every 5-6th year. :-P He should know, since he is usually building the computers himself. :-) He can't do that with a laptop though, so he is a bit hesitant himself. But we'll see.

What kind of prison does he work in?

You get used to the screen of a laptop quickly once you adjust to the convenience. You know, the ability to never get out of bed ever because you have your laptop right there. It's AMAZING.

Going for drives is my favorite stress release and I'm glad you had ufn at your brothers party- you always seem to have agreat time when hanging out with family. :)

It is a medium secure prison. Not where the worst criminals are, but there are still quite a few bad eggs in there. He likes working there though, and is going to try and make a career of it. Being as huge as he is, he does bring with him some respect just by being in a room. He is really, really sweet though. :-)

I usually have a lot of fun when I visit my family. :-) They are awesome and yes. We are really close.

I promise I'll tell everyone about the secret, but it will have to wait, I am afraid. :-P
