So, it was LARP night yesterday, it was awesome! So intense I apparently gave myself a panic-attack... o.O But fun at the same time!
Rose old nemesis and enemy has returned to town, Runarsson played by the lovely J. He is a good player! VERY good! He can be really intense, so much so you almost shit yourself when he yells at you and threatens you... He is so awesome!
Anyway, he walked around in the big room where we were, Rose being slightly panicked, keeping track of where Runarsson was at all times. Meaning, I stretched my neck, checked where he was... kept my distance etc, etc.... He talked to me once IC, but since Rose is such a stubborn creature, she refused to respond. I mean, this is the man who ordered the city to kill her lover! Why the hell would she talk to him? No matter how much social standing he has, or no matter how old he is? Runarsson is a vampire almost 1000 years old... Rose is just 190 years old or so. He is so much more powerful then she. Still, she defied him all evening. Now she is nervous as hell that he'll take her other lover from her! Cue drama.... And cue me tensing my body so much, my chest started to hurt like hell, so I had to go home early from the LARP to go to bed. :-P
I know this is going to be the last couple of LARPs I'll be playing Rose. When Runarsson now has come back, events has been set in motion that will eventually kill Rose. Am I sad about this? No. I have tried to kill this character off by various means for about a year. It is not that she is a bad character, she is in fact very fun and twisted not to mention insane, and very, very powerful. But I have played this character for more than 3 years or so by now. It is time to do something else. :-)
So that was AWESOME!
Also, I must give a standing ovation to one of my younger LARP-friends. Lets call him V. He is a young man, only 23 years old. He looks younger though, short, thin, with long silky black hair and very fine features, a bit androgynous. He is very cute, if you ask me. :-) Anyway, he asked me and Ugglefot and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
_devilcandy_ for help with how to dress and act for his new character. V's new character is a girl. He told us to go all out and do whatever to him, he was going to be our Barbie doll. Cue us go: YAY!!! and bringing out our make-up kits. X-D We asked him plenty times if he was OK with us poking around on his face and in his hair but he just told us, go ahead, do whatever. So damn fun! He had even gone so far as buying clothes for this character, even a bra that he promptly stuffed with socks! :-D We also gave him a bit of tips on how to act and such, and when he went In Character, omg... He was SO GOOD! Playing up his feminine side like there was no tomorrow, without making crack out of it! So cute... A shy little goth girl.... It was a bit of a mindfuck and genderbend after the LARP though when he changed and he was standing in just the short skirt he'd been wearing and his underwear... X-D We told him how brave he was and that he was VERY awesome at playing a girl. Answer?: "Eh, everyone thinks I am a girl anyway, so I figured why not?" The win this weekend: V. End of story!
J and Ugglefot then spent the night here in our sofa-bed, since they have a bit to go to get to the LARP. Was great! I am so happy both of them feel at home here by now. :-) They even said it was as luxurious to stay here as in a hotel. Cue me looking around in our messy apartment quite confused. X-D Anyway, me and Ugglefot discussed fanfic, erotic literature (old and new), slash, yaoi and yuri... Was wonderful! And also the insanity of Twihards... and them poor actors playing the characters in the Twilight movies. I told her about this clip and how awesome it is, so I figured I'd post it for her benefit here. :-) I guess more will find it amusing to! RPatz and Lautner making fun off each other and the movies they are in! Made of win, says I!

I have worked so hard to keep her alive, and to make her powerful, as well as working so hard to kill her off... only to fail on that. Until now. Physically Rose is very weak and frail, but she is mentally insanely strong. She can, with her mental powers, make another persons brain into mash... drive people insane... etc etc... She is a truly terrifying creature. And I have had a blast portraying her for these past 3 years.
