This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

I am an idiot. *head-desk* No really, I am. :-P In my thank you post I did yesterday, I forgot to point out that one of them cards, the one from [livejournal.com profile] furzry did not only contain candy and a printed out photo of them twins, but also a very nice gift as well. A bracelet and a cute angel-keyring not to mention a wonderful scarf. I just forgot to say that. BAD ME! So, thank you again [livejournal.com profile] furzry! :-D

Today I got two more packages, and a few more belated christmas cards! o.O This will never end... :-P

One package was from Singapore! :-D Amazing... And it had two different kinds of candy in it that we are currently nomming on, me and [livejournal.com profile] peting73. Thank you so much [livejournal.com profile] wordsrecited! It was a wonderful! :-D

The other little package contained a little keyring from New York City and a very sweet christmas card. :-) I have no idea who you are on LJ, Kim, but thank you so much for that little gift! At this point I have more keyrings then keys in my keyring.... if that even makes sense. X-D

I also got a really cute postcard from [livejournal.com profile] teganscrush who made me long for the US again, particularly Main and New Hampshire... :-P Thank you so much, it was a really sweet postcard. :-) I'll be looking forward to that G/G fic you've been talking about.. *cough* ;-D

I also got a card from France, from someone named Gabrielle. A very beautiful and stylish christmascard it was indeed, and it also had a little gift in it, a handmade braided bracelet. Very cute! So whoever you are on LJ, THANK YOU!

Also, today I worked my first day at my new job. :-D Yep, working part time at the smaller library where all them troubled kids are all of January and all of February. 75%. (Full time = 100%) So damn awesome! I really like the other librarian I work with. It was she that saw something in me once and gave me a position as a trainee a year or so ago. Today we did all the planning needed for these two months (at least we hope we did). What my responsibilities would be, what childrens groups I should handle, what storytime groups I should be involved in, etc, etc... Lets just say I have my work cut out for me... :-P It is a school-library and since the school hasn't started up again after the holidays yet, the library is still closed. And a good thing to, because holy shit what a mess it was in the shelfs! O.O First things first, clean up the library. Then I can get down and dirty with the other things I have to fix up this week... My working hours are quite good to, I'd say:
Monday: 8am - 3pm
Tuesday + Wedneysday: 8:30am - 3pm
Thursday: 9am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8am - 12:30pm

I can live with those working hours. ;-)

It will mean however that I'll see a bit less of [livejournal.com profile] peting73 since he works between 1:30pm-11:30pm Monday - Thursday. :-P Ah well.. At least we have the weekends to hang out. ;-) And most of Fridays to! My dear man needs some encouragement, btw... He has set up a goal for himself to lose some weight this year, so he'll be using his LJ for not only photos, but also to track his progress in this. So scoot over there and give him some encouragement! :-D It would mean a lot. :-)

You are very welcome! And so cool that you used to live over this way!

I love Maine, I really do, but we're thinking of heading for more temperate climates soon - if there is such a thing any more, with all the weird US weather patterns lately.

You will definitely be getting your G-Fic. Do you have a particular scenario or prompt you would like?

Yeah, I worked as a live in aupair as it were in a lovely family. :-) Sadly I lost touch with them years ago. Would have been awesome to see what the kids I took care off does today. :-P Oh well, such is life. :-) I lived in Londonderry, New Hampshire back then. Although I know the family moved to Maine after I left. :-P

And G-fic? No, no particular scenario wanted, really. :-) I do lean towards the darker stories, but it is really up to you, I'd say. :-)

I randomly go to people's journals seeking entertainment or possibly new friends. Since you love skulls I thought I'd check you out. You seem like an interesting person so I believe I'll add you if that's alright.

Also, after reading your profile I believe you might find this shirt amusing.

That t-shirt is SO awesome! :-D I love Jinx.Com. I have bought quite a bit of t-shirts from there both to me and my hubby, since he is a huge geek to. :-) Plus, I hate Twilight with a freaking passion, so when I saw it, I had to buy THIS (http://www.jinx.com/women/shirts/geek/buffy_staked_edward_womens.html?catid=1&cs=19&csd=Buffy+staked+edward) t-shirt which I am wearing when I go to watch them Twilight movies... Yes, I watch them and then I trash them to bits and pieces here on my LJ and get drunk with my best friend and trash it some more. X-D

Anyway, your free to add me if you want. :-) Nothing is locked here, I leave all posts open for anyone to read if they should feel like it. :-) Just be warned, I am disgustingly honest and I squee over small german goth rockers at times, when not squeeing over any off my other fandoms... ;-)

I enjoy honesty. Sadly, a great deal of my family is so fake it's sickening and so I generally choose now to surround myself with honest people. It's less exhausting.

Also, I support squeeing of all kinds.
