This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Gonna be an interesting night tonight. It's LARP-night. And I am not going to play my regular character, Rose Valentine. Nope. The GM's asked for volenteers to play something else.... not saying what. I volenteerd. :-) I have no idea what character I'll get, only that I am supposed to dress up and look posh. Right. I'll get my suit out then. ;-) Gonna be a great night, I think! J and Ugglefot are going to spend the night here to in our sofa-bed, so thats going to be awesome to! Love hanging out with them the day after a LARP and just discuss. :-)

Right. Now, meme-time! Got tagged by [livejournal.com profile] demon_kyo, so here we go!

First: If you've been tagged, you must write your answers in your own LJ and replace any question that you dislike with a new question.

Second: Tag eight people. Don't refuse to do that.

Lots of pillows or just one?
Two. :-)

What kind of books do you read?
Currently I have a thing for biographys. Lately I have read Marilyn Mansons, Guns'N'Roses and Ozzy Osbournes. I am currently reading Nikki Sixx's biography, The Heroin Diaries. Damn good books all of them. When not reading biographies, I read fantasy or crime-novels.

What are your neighbors like?
Don't meet them much, but they are nice if a bit obsessed with the laundry room....

What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
To be myself, come hell or high water. Took time to get there, but now I am.

Whats the nicest thing someone has done to you?
I was surprised when I was hospitilized that so many of my LARP-friends was so worried about me. It really touched me. So when [livejournal.com profile] _devilcandy_ came with her "care-package", that meant the world, really. And [livejournal.com profile] peting73 came to hold my hand every day... [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit peeking her head in every day when she had a break at work... Mom taking that looooong trip just to see me for a few hours.... My brother calling every day being hella worried.... So much love, people.. So much love... It all really touched me.

What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
Fandoms: Tokio Hotel, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Xena: The WarriorPrincess and Robin of Sherwood. Obsession/Addictions... Well, that would probably be books. My bookshelf is overflowing. And the internets. I spend way to much time in front of a computer.

Do you prefer your junk food sweet, salty or savory?
Sweet, although I don't eat it, since I only eat food without carbohydrates in them.

What websites do you always visit when you go online?
Livejournal, Howrse.Com, Echo Bazaar, SBN.Net (our intranet for the LARP), Twitter, Plurk, my email-addys (Yahoo, AIM and Gmail), Grooveshark, Bloglovin.... I think thats it.

What was the last thing you bought?
Food. :-P Thats how exciting my life is.

Do you get cravings? If so, what do you crave?
Sometimes I get cravings for chocolate, but that is seldom nowadays.

Who would you say are the most important people in your life?
My hubby, Peting and my friends and family.

What was the last meal you ate?
Breakfast/brunch. Greek youghurt.

Do you want to learn another language?
Spanish and german. I read it in school, but never made it, so to speak.

Five things you can't live without?
Books, internet, cats, hubby, friends.

What is the last song you listened to?
Pilate and Christ meet for the first time in Jesus Christ Superstar.

What's something that you'd like to say to someone right now?
Your awesome, you just have to see it yourself. Stay strong.

What are you looking forward to?
Working at more and more libraries in this town.

What's something you get the most complimented on?
My tattoos and... oddly... my social skills. X-D

Ohh, I've read a lot of biographies, as well. When I read books offline/irl, they tend to be non-fiction. I haven't read Nikki Sixx's book, but I did read the Motley Crue book, which was really interesting. Also, Slash's book is interesting, too. I truly don't know how most of those boys survived. And now he and Perla have broken up. :( And I adore Marilyn Manson. I don't like his music, but that man is so intelligent. Which might be why he has such a hard time fitting in.

Oops, I forgot Twitter. Maybe because I alternately love it and hate it.

Ah yes. Same here. None-fiction or fantasy books. He he... :-) I have Slash book lined up, and after that Mötley Crües book. :-) I have a plan, see? Then it is time to mix it up with some fantasy again. ;-) Oh, yeah. Marilyn Manson is VERY intelligent. His book was very interesting, actually.

You should read White Line Fever by Lemmy from Motörhead. That was a very interesting read, especially when compared to the Mötley Crue-book that mainly just made me want to smack the guys in the face and tell them to f-ing grow up and stop acting stupid.

Considering my current obsession with rock/metal/what have you biographies, chances are pretty good I might get to Motörhead to. :-P I haven't read Mötley Crües book just yet, but I can recommend Nikki Sixx's book. I just feel sorry for him, when reading it. People with to much mental baggage really shouldn't get famous. But that might just be how I interpret what that biography/diary is saying.

It is. It so is... I thought it would ease down a bit when we got our laundry room renovated... But now. The laundry room nazis are still afoot. :-P
