This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Actually worked at the library yesterday. Not a whole day, just 4 hours. But it went well. I can't stay on my feet as long as I used to, but there is this perfect stool behind the reception desk that I can rest in a bit now and then, and still help any visitors to the library, lending them books. :-) Had a good time, actually. Was fun to get back to work. I'll work a few hours tomorrow and on Thursday to. Not full days, but a few hours. I won't work a full day until Monday. Thats going to be interesting. I'll probably be totally beat after that. :-P But still, it feels good.

Tomorrow my aunt and her family will get here. Which will be AWESOME! Since that means I'll get to meat Ella-Bella, who I haven't meet in a WHOLE YEAR! FUCKING AMAZING, I tell you! I can finally give her a proper hug! Wohoo! I have made a weird-ass sponge-cake with poppy seeds and lemon juice in it.... X-D I'll take a photo of it tomorrow before we start eating it, I promise. :-)

[livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit came by today to too visit, always awesome that. We discussed cooking and baking without using carbohydrates... an interesting subject. And also how crazy is Ozzy Osbourne really? I have started to read his biography, and I just managed to open to book to read the first four pages and I was already laughing my ass off.... That man has less filter then some other musicians I know.... X-D I do recommend his book I am Ozzy.

Also checked up a little on the latest LJ-shenanigans.... Insanity I tell you. Why would I wanna repost things to Failbook or Twitter when I am having an LJ? Just asking. Stupid. I really don't like how Failbook takes over the Internets like this. I really don't. Anyway, if you wann get rid of those annoying Twitter and Failbook clicky-boxes...? Use the code under the cut, that I have found in several flistas posts. I have tried it, and it works fine. Just follow the instructions.

1. Go to your "Journal" menu, and select "Journal Style".
2. To the right, you'll see what theme you're using, with a link stating "Customize Your Theme". Click that link.
3. Scroll down a little ways, and you'll see that on the left side of your screen, you have multiple options to modify your theme. Click on the "Custom CSS" link, and it should load the options for doing Custom CSS.
4. From here, all you have to do is go to the "Custom Stylesheet", and put in...

.b-repost-item {display:none}

Once that's in there, you want to save the changes, and you should be done. Leave everything else as it is (unless you want to remove more things!).

I do have a Twitter, but I promise not to repost anything at all from any of my friends on my f-list, since I simply find that rude. My LJ is unlocked so if you wanna link to me, that is perfectly fine. Would be fun to know if any of you do, though... just for fun. :-)

Right. Gotta go to bed, since I have an early morning tomorrow. I'll get back to all the comments tomorrow. Take care everyone!

Oh, don't worry, luv. :-) I am recovering quite well, I'd say. As long as I don't walk to fast or move to fast, I am doing quite fine. :-) It is not like librarian work is heavy work, after all. ;-)

Not if you take only one or two at a time. ;-) And use a cart, when you need to move bigger loads off books. ;-) *uses brain*

Glad to see you back on your feet! But take it easy, will you?

To be fair, nothing will be posted in Facebook/Twitter unless you yourself make it happen. But yeah, I'm tired of seeing Facebook everywhere.

I am. :-) I am making sure not to do to heavy work or run around to much. (Although today I had to run around a lot, since holy shit busy day at library much!) I am healing fine still though, and I am getting stronger by the day. I am almost feeling like my self again, actually! :-D

OH, it is true. You have to actually use them clicky boxes for anything to be crossposted. Very true. :-) But they annoy me, so any way to get rid of them are good in my book. ;-) And a lot of people on f-list showed concern that there posts or comments would be crossposted, and since I have a Twitter, I just wanted to assure them there is no need to worry about me. ;-)

Long comment is long. Oh well. :-D

Great to hear it! :-D

Yeah, I don't like the way they connect up everything either. :-( It just feels so wrong,
