This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Woo... I was jumped by a roleplayer yesterday, and now I am involved in yet another roleplaying game! WOOT! Awesomeness all around. :-D I must be doing something right when roleplaying since I am getting asked to join games. :-D Not so strange, perhaps. Roleplaying in any form is my greatest hobby and I love it to bits. :-) I wonder, though, why I always end up playing men? *ponders* Only time I play female characters is in the LARP, for obvious reasons... I have, however, considered having my next character be a man... Cross-dressing as a man is a lot of fun! I'll just have to ask [livejournal.com profile] _devilcandy_ if she has any good tips and ideas for theater-makeup to make a person look more like a man. And I have my wicked suit, so yeah... With a good sports-bra, I think I can pull it off. :-) Even without a suit, since my clothes are pretty unisex, and besides, me and [livejournal.com profile] peting73 has almost the same size clothes. *ponders some more*

Anyway, last night was a lot of fun with a lot of typing in a new roleplaying game. We didn't do much last night. Only going grocery shopping, since it was needed. It was Walpurgis last night, and that is actually still celebrated here in Sweden. With fires, singing and fireworks. And drinking. Lots and lots of drinking. Neither me nor [livejournal.com profile] peting73 felt like being outside with all these drunk people, so we stayed at home. We did hear them on the streets outside our window singing, though. :-P

[livejournal.com profile] tekiila called last night to. Reminding me that I am a shitty friend, really... I did get an email from [livejournal.com profile] astroflammante about her and [livejournal.com profile] tekiila is going t have a birthday party soon. I never answered that email. I suck at answering emails, seriously. *head-desk* I really do. Hence, me being a shitty friend. Anyway, this birthday party is out of town, quite a bit. So, I'd either have to drive there by car or go by train. Both things costing quite a bit. :-/ I have no cash to do this, but [livejournal.com profile] peting73 is being awesome, and said he'd give me cash so I could go visit. Apparently quite a great deal of people from the old gang is coming. Even [livejournal.com profile] chigrima is coming, apparently! And she lives on an island! So yeah... I'll see if I can go. :-)

Today, LARP! Rose Valentine will sneak around again tonight, giving people nightmares while she is trying to be more human. She isn't that good at it though, sine she has a monstrous nature, she doesn't understand humanity anymore. But she is trying. She has promised to, and she does keep her promises. :-)

I am honestly amazed at how you keep so many roleplaying things going at once. My head would 'splode from it all!

It is really not that hard, since all my characters are so much different from me and so very much different from each other. :-) Besides, when I am LARPing I get dressed up and put makeup on and act out my character, so then it is really not hard to play. :-) It is a hobby of mine, much like others write fanfic, I write in roleplaying games. :-)

I played a medieval-fantasy LARP for about 15 years.. 's where I met my husband, actually. I miss it a LOT.

These days my RP comes from http://popmundo.com
Music oriented, browser based RPG. It's incredibly complex.. can be played for free though there is a VIP 'package' that makes things a bit easier on some fronts, but the core game can be played and enjoyed without it. I've played since 2007.. it actually originated in Sweden, if I'm not mistaken. It's playable in several languages besides English as well.

I tried Popmundo out, but I thought it was to complicated for me. :-) I prefer writing what my characters do, or act it out in a LARP. ;-)

Why did you stop LARPing then, if you enjoyed it so much? *curious*

Broke my back.. kind of hard to run through the woods when you need crutches or a wheelchair to get around.

That would makes things a bit difficult, yes. :-/ Ever tried any other kind of LARP. We have had a guy in a wheelchair in our vampire-LARP once. Sadly, he moved so he is not playing with us anymore. :-P

Yay, indeed! Roleplaying is the shit! *grin*

Yeah, Peting is awesome. If I didn't have him, I would have had to move home to my mom. Not a HUGE problem, since we do get along greatly, but yeah... I am 32 years old. It wouldn't have been to fun. :-/

Freudian slip on reading my entry-title? And I won't say more then that. X-D

I do hope it will. :-)

Contary to popular belief, Gotland is actually quite easy to get on and off. And S[livejournal.com profile] skarvsladden do live an hours drive from Oskarshamn.

I think you should give a try, you know. LARP-ing as a man, that is. *remembers pic from cross-dressing event at the student pub* You pulled that off quite nicely, didn“t you?

Yeah, I did pull it off quite nicely. My friends didn't recognize me. *lol* The character is written, although not much background-story for her/him yet. It is a ghoul, a servent, so I have to wait until Rose dies so I know who'll be her/his master first before I finish of her background-story.

I hope you can come to the party! (If you do, [livejournal.com profile] hedwig_dreams might want a travel companion. She hasn't decided if she'll be there or not, but if she does she would probably appreciate the company. Not going into Terra Incognita alone and all that.*grins*)

And you are *not* a shitty friend for not answering. Just human. :-)

Well, I guess I'll have to call [livejournal.com profile] hedwig_dreams when I have bought my tickets then. :-) Didn't know she was coming to? :-D Bigger party then I thought. :-)
