Library work, LARP and Tokio Hotel...

So, yesterday was my last day as a trainee. It was quite awesome, really. I was at the bigger library, and I brought a gorgeous orchid for that library to (not to mention another one of them epic caloric punch cakes of peting73s...). They all told me I was crazy to bring such a gift for them, but they deserve it. They have done so much for me. I got gifts to! My boss was there as well, since on Fridays they always have this weekly meeting. She is a potter and all the little mugs at the smaller library are made by her. I told her this Thursday that the mug I was drinking my water in was gorgeous, and she told me to bring it home with me. I didn't, since I thought she was kidding. Well, Friday she gave me one just like it as a gift, since she thought both me and peting73 needed one each. When I told her I hadn't taken the mug home with me that Thursday she told me I just had to come visit her then, and thats that! Ha ha ha! X-D I will, with or without mug! *grin* Her husband is a blacksmith, and I got a very very pretty candle-holder that he had made. :-) Awesome gifts, let me tell you! And they all told me I had done so much for them and that I was worth more then that... *blush* Compliments... I suck at accepting them... And they teased me about that to. *blushes again* Ehm...

ANYWAY! Today me and peting73 hasn't done anything at all. Well, almost. :-P We went grocery shopping, but thats it. Filling up the freezer, so we won't have to do any big shopping in quite some time. Good things! Then we have lazed about. peting73 has played some Runes of Magic and some World of Warcraft, and I have mostly read up on my flist her on LJ. And been house-wifey with picking some messes and fixing the bed. So yeah. Lazy day is lazy. :-P

Only bad thing today is that I got some times mixed up for the yearly meeting for the LARP-sociaty. And then a friend tried to crack a joke about women being absentminded. Usually I don't mind jokes like that, and give back as good as I get (I am quite good at that). But today I was... Well. Blah. Considering I am basically dragging the society around myself these days (apart from the economy), it kinda hurt. Well, excuse me, you know, that I didn't keep up with the hours. :-/ He apologized, and I know he didn't mean anything by it. Still annoyed me though. I really do hope there will be a new board for the next year. *sigh*

AND! Only ONE WEEK LEFT!!! On Friday the 5th I'll be at the Scandinavian Stadium in Gothenburg with a ton of other fans watching Tokio Hotel live on stage... I can't WAIT!!! :-D And add to that, I'll be meeting kaijn, who I haven't meet in YEARS!!! He has... changed since then, to say the least. And I can't WAIT to meet him! I think it'll be a good thing I'll be unemployed next week, since I'll have hell concentrate on things. X-D

It is going to be awesome, I just know it. :-D Have talked to Kaijn on the phone a couple of times and it is still the same old Kaijn, only slightly different. :-) Oh, I can't wait to meet him! And considering I haven't been to a concert since I was 13 (20 years ago!) it will be quite an adventure! :-D
