A ton off comments to answer. And so much fanfic I want to read, that sounds interesting, takes different twists on characters and what not....

But all that will have to wait really. Real Life is taking all my time at the moment. And in a good way. I have, during these months discovered that I really LOVE working as a librarian, even though it is only as a trainee. I have learned so damn much, it is unbelievable. And I feel so damn appriciated by all the other librarians, it is unbelievable. Yes, I am far from your run off the mill librarian, but they like that. It gives the libraries variation and keeps them from going stagnant or so they tell me. Working with them has.... been sort off a gift, you could say. No matter what, I am so so grateful for that.

Two weeks left off this trainee period. Then thats it...

Tomorrow I'll go to the gynecologist and check out... my womanly bits. See what the hell is going on and why I have such menstrual cramps from Hades every month that literary knocks me out. After that, I'll go to the bigger off them two libraries and work. Short day tomorrow, so after that I'll go downtown and get my lip-piercing. Been thinking about it for a year now, so tomorrow will be the big day. Can't wait. :-)

Yeah, not looking forward to that visit, but it is just one off those things that needs to get done, you know? :-P

I really hope you can find a proper job as a librarian after this. Or is there maybe a degree course you could do?

Oh, I hope so to. :-) I already have the highest degree you can have as librarian. ;-) I have a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science. Can't get any better then that, can it? ;-)

good luck! so it's official; you can move on to another library after you're done at this one? that's good at least, i know you were worried that you wouldn't be able to find a new place... but it's definitely going to be hard to leave the library where you know everyone and love everyone so much :(

No, there is nothing official yet. At all, sadly. So I have no idea. I know I can't get another trainee period. Your only allowed 6 months, so this is it. But I do know that all the librarians that I have worked with during this period has really liked me and don't want to get rid off me. I have no idea if they can keep me or not, though. :-P

Of course all librarians don´t have to wear tweed skirts, glasses on a string and have their hair in a bun! Remember Karin back at High School? That was one cool librarian!

Oh, hell yeah! I remember Karin with great fondness! :-D I pretty much blame her that I ended up a librarian after the fail off the Police Acadamy. ;-) She proved kinda that you can be a bit crazy and still be a good librarian. :-D
