MTV European Music Awards...

And Tokio Hotel rocked that stage at MTV European Music Awards yesterday. Anyone surprised? I am not. :-) They cranked out one hell of a performance of there song World behind my wall with so much pyrotechnics I thought they were going to burn down the stage. Or get caught on fire. Quite awesome. And, of course, they won the award for Best Group... Beating out Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Kings of Leon and Jones Brothers.... That... is pretty impressive, actually. Sure, it was the fans that voted, but I do believe the other bands, especially Black Eyed Peas and Green Day who has been around for quite long, has quite a few fans to. So yeah, impressive. Also, I now know what penis and flamethrower means in german... in the same sentence. *face-palm* AKA Pete Wentz (off Foo Fighters fame) and them german goth boys ain't right in the head... X-D

Biggest winner of the whole show was Beyonce though, taking home the awards off Best Video, Best Female and Best Song. It was one hell off an award-show all together with a lot off great performances from all the artists there. U2 gets a special mention for there live performance at Brandburger Tor... That was one awesome performance. Not surprising they won for Best Live Act. I can see why... Kate Perry was the host, and I think she did a good job. Crazy outfits the entire evening, oh yes. *laugh* A few quite sexy to. ;-) As a whole, it sure was fun to watch, I must say.

Yeah, I know. When it all first blew up, I was like: "What?" Then I figured what a stroke of genious it really was. Water last time, fire this time... I wonder what they'll do next year, if they get the chance? :-) Admit though. It did look pretty cool with him behind that piano on fire... ;-)

I actually quite enjoyed that song. Could be because I recently read about the Berlin wall :-P Nah, seriously, what they do they do well, gotta admit that! Looking forward to the concert, sweetie? :-D

He he... Yeah, it was quite clever off them to perform that song on the 20th anniversary off the fall off the Berlin Wall. ;-) Then again, it is there new single from there album. :-)

And yes. Yes, I am looking forward to that concert quite a bit. I haven't been to a concert in soooo many years, it is ridicolous... And I get to go with my old friend kaijn. That in and off itself is win. :-)
