Been a pretty good day today. :-) Been busy at work (of course), but it feels like I am doing something important and not just hanging around. Thing is, all libraries in this city is changing the software they use for caring for there collections. The one used today is 20 years old... So, now they'll change to a software called MicroMarc. Meaning you'll have to remark every single book in the library with new labels. Every single book. Thats what I am doing all day long. Sounds boring, but it really isn't. I always have someone to talk to (and these librarians are just this side of nuts), and the work goes quite quickly (although not quick enough, I think....). It is strangely fun. :-)
