So, we, me and
kaijn, both decided that I was the one to buy the tickets for the Tokio Hotel concert. They got released this morning at 9am. Last time Tokio Hotel came here for a concert the tickets were sold out within an hour. And then the concert got canceled. (Bill, the singer, lost his voice.) So I figured I might as well get them tickets quickly. Meaning I would be late for work, but I saved it with a white lie. ;-)
Buying them tickets was... quite insane. Here is the story off it all.
07:05am: Eating breakfast. 08:15am: Starting to get nervous. Surfing LJ to calm nerves. Checking what bus to run to to get to work. 08:50am: Checking so I have cash on my Visa-card. 08:55am: Calling Got Event for the first time. (They are responsible for all events at Ullevi and Scandinavium.) No luck. They don't open until 9. 09:01am: Calling Got Event again. Getting message that they can't take any calls at all because there are so many thats calling. 09:03am: Opening up all three websites selling tickets to the concert. No one is letting me in, since they are all busy because so many are using them at the same time. My thought: We're fucked. 09:06am: Continues to call and checks all websites. 09:16am: TicNet is finally letting me in to order tickets. I do so. Quick as hell! 09:25am. Confirmation email in my inbox. Scribbles down info so I can pick them up after work. 09:50am: On bus to work. Only one hour late....
So yeah. Phew. Apparently there are still tickets left. But not on any good seats. We got good seats. No, we didn't want standing tickets. :-/ At least I am a bit to much in love with my ribs... I have one off there concerts on DVD. I have seen the fans standing in the front. I would be in panic within minutes... But I'd say we got pretty good seats anyway. :-)
This is a map over Scandinavium. We have seats in the R-area. Second row, nr 29 and 30. I think it will work out nicely. :-)

Really looking forward to this!

And I don't wanna end up in the middle off it. :-P Neither does Kain. We're going to raise the middle age on that concert with our 30+ years. ;-)
