I have mentioned this has been one hell of a week, right? Well, as fun as it all was if you look at it one thing at a time... I hope I won't have to have a week like this any time soon again... Seriously. :-P I was so tired yesterday it wasn't even funny.

So, lets take this one day at a time, shall we? There are a few photos thrown out here and there to. I didn't take that many photos since I forgot the camera at one point, and wasn't that good a photographer at the rest... :-P At least there is cats... Anyway!

On Monday I started my journey to visit [livejournal.com profile] chigrima and [livejournal.com profile] silvestris. Not early, though. The train didn't leave until 3pm. Uneventful, apart from little old ladies that don't know where to go... So I helped her. :-P A lot of changes though. First train... then another train... Then yet another train... Then yet another train... Then a bus... Then the boat. *sigh* I did survive the ordeal though. And arrived at Visby, Gotland at 00:20am in the middle of the night... I have had more fun. :-P And hour by car later, and me and [livejournal.com profile] chigrima (who drove the car) collapsed in beds. During my trip on the different trains, I amused myself with reading [livejournal.com profile] jans_intentionss book The Janitor. Holy shit, that was a good book! So good, in fact, I finished it on the trip...

Me on the boat, leaving Stockholm.

Then on Tuesday, [livejournal.com profile] chigrima had to work a few hours, so me and [livejournal.com profile] silvestris had our selfs a sleep in. And when we both got up, got to know each other a bit more. Nothing like confusing mornings to get to know a new person. She didn't approve of my breakfast though... since she is a vegetarian, even the smell of bacon in the morning made her feel ill... :-P We survived it all though, and went on our way to meet up with [livejournal.com profile] chigrima. Forgot the camera in there apartment though, so no pics. To bad really, since we amused our selfs with exploring the city Visby, eating plenty ice-cream and just enjoying our selfs with geeky discussions. Something to be said about having geeky discussions and not being laughed at... Ehm... The evening was spent in front of the TV, and then [livejournal.com profile] silvestris father (who was also there visiting) joined in and we ended the evening watching NCSI...

And we come to Wednesday. All off us slept in. (Except [livejournal.com profile] silvestris father, who had to go to work.) Then we lazed about in there apartment. Having more geeky discussions, of course. After a while we decided to go explore the island a bit. Gotland has an amazing nature. Odd thing was though. As soon as we sat in the car, the sun was shining. And when we got out of the car, it got all cloudy and foggy. Very odd... We still enjoyed our selfs though, having a picnic having even more geeky discussions (there is no end!) and even more ice-cream.

A flower I found while we walked towards the beach. No idea what it is, I just thought it was pretty.

Gotland is famous for there rauks that is almost everywhere by the coast. I think they are gorgeous. You'll see more off these, just you wait...

[livejournal.com profile] chigrima shows me just what she thinks I could do with that camera of mine.. X-D

[livejournal.com profile] silvestris seems to agree... :-P

I do so love the smell of the ocean...

Beautiful, isn't it? I don't remember what the island is called there in the distance, though... It has almost disappeared in the fog. It didn't take long until all you could see was white, white everywhere.

Trying to be artistic... Ha! Epic fail. :-P

Sneaking up on two off the masterminds behind [livejournal.com profile] tpbod, The Renegades... And from the looks off things, it is either Marluxias or Vexens anatomy that is being discussed.... X-D

More rauks...

And even more of them rauks... You can really see the fog rolling in from the sea here.

Dramatic nature, ain't it? And foggy...

I liked this rauk. Looks like one is lose on top of the other. Or a needles eye... Amazing what the nature can do...

I like this picture. It looks like there is just nothingness, and the world just disappears in the fog... It was that thick. A bit magical.

And of course, when we got back to there apartment, the sun was shining! *smirk* Mother Nature sure had it in for us that day. :-D Got me a chance to get to know [livejournal.com profile] silvestris cats, though. She is a cat-lover to. Much cat-talk was discussed as well. ;-) And geeky talk. Can't be without the geekyness, now can we?

This be the Ocicat Nemo. Quite the handsome fellow, although a bit sickly. Poor thing. He is recovering now though, and looks mighty fine, if you ask me. :-)

This be Misty. She was quite a cool cat. Your everyday farmcat, with a quarter of Norwegian Forestcat in her. Quite an amazing fur on her, let me tell you!

And this be Furiel. A Somali cat. Gorgeous, but he must be the most skittish cat I have ever met! And so tiny! He looks quite big what with all that fur, but he really isn't.

All gorgeous cats, and we got along pretty fine that last day there. Especially Misty who likes to be cuddled a bit rougher then the two gentlemen, so she and I got along a bit better. ;-) She acted much like my own two cats.

The day ended with lots of geeky discussions of course. (Who knew [livejournal.com profile] silvestris had a thing for Spike and his sexy wounds? Fun discovery!)

On Thursday it was time for me to start my long trip home. And getting up ridiculously early. Boat left at 7am. You had to board at 6:30am. That meant I had to get up at 4:30am so I had time for breakfast, and brushing my teeth and for [livejournal.com profile] chigrima to be able to drive me there. I was soooo tired! o.O But we made it. :-)

Me on the boat leaving Visby and Gotland.

The trip by boat is quite long, so to avoid being totally board I rented a DVD-player (one of those tiny once) and a movie. Australia. Quite good, I must admit. And yes, [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit, the whole movie was worth that scene... o.O Your absolutely right! Four hours later I arrived in Stockholm. Then taking the buss to the train.

And just to prove I actually passed through Stockholm in a buss, here is a picture of the Ericsson Globe through the buss-window. ;-)

Well, it was a long day, really... I didn't arrive home until around 4pm. Quick change and all to get ready to go to a jewelry party at [livejournal.com profile] peting73s cousins. Mom got home and we had a lovely time eating dinner. Well, before we got going, a really good LARP-friend of mine called. Being very upset and sad. Driving. And telling me one of his best friends has died. I knew this guy to. Awesome man. One of those that really shines up a place when he arrives, always helping others. He had a single car-accident and died. All the LARPers are very upset at the moment, let me tell you. Anyway, he called me since he said I was wise, older and had seen the world in a different way then him and many others of his friends (almost all younger the me). True. I know pain personally after losing my father. So I talked to him when he drove home, making sure he didn't end up in an accident to. I knew his fiancée was home, so she could take care of him there. Really drained me though, considering I was already tired from my trip. Rest In Peace Fredrik. You are so missed, you have no idea...

I was a bit upset after that bit of news, but we still went to the jewelry party, and yes. I had a lovely time. :-) Bought some simple handmade jewelry to. Looked wonderful.

Back home, we all collapsed in our beds.

On Friday we all went up early. [livejournal.com profile] peting73 left first, since he was going to go help his mom move. (A whole other story, omg... That moving company is so not getting any costumers from me!) Me and mom, we got up. I re-packed my bag, and then we left to go to the graduation of my cousin on my fathers side. :-) Was a lot of fun! She was gorgeous! I am so proud of her. She is one of those people that appears shy and don't talk much... But is very very clever still. :-) Always fun to meet that side of the family. It really is. My brother and his family was there to, of course. And I got an invitation to his sons baptism... the same date that I was supposed to go celebrate [livejournal.com profile] astroflammantes birthday... Crap! When it rains, it bloody well pours! *face-palm*

My cousin, a happy swedish graduate. :-) A freezing one to, since it was windy and raining and not very warm that day...

On Saturday we didn't do much at all. We just hung out with mom. And then we went to visit her sister, my aunt, and her family (meeting both EllaBella and Josefin and there brother). It was a lot of fun! Once we got home, we simply collapsed...

Today, our plan was to do... nothing. Nothing at all. But... That didn't happen. [livejournal.com profile] peting73s mom called and asked our help to fix up her balcony so her cats could go out there. So we did. It didn't take that long, though... But still. :-P Her new apartment looks AWESOME! It really does. :-P Only thing she was slightly pissed off at was the moving company. She didn't have that much to move, considering we have helped her move a lot of stuff before hand. Mostly furniture, kitchen stuff and books. That was what was left. It took them 7 ½ hours....!!! o.O If me and [livejournal.com profile] peting73 had done it, it would have taken 4, I'd say! Insane! Apparently they hadn't acted very professional either. She ain't happy, let me tell you...

And now? Now... I'll go collapse on my bed. New week tomorrow. New things to do.

Loving movie...

Vad fantastiskt mycket fina bilder!!

KRAMAR! :)
