Well this day just came from hell and hit me over the head....

The company I work for are... Well. To put it mildly, it aint good. Not at all. I've been booking hotel-rooms. That is my job. Answering the phone for the Central Booking. I try doing my job well, giving good service to the guests that end up in my phone. Sadly, that makes the calls a bit to long. So, even though my calls are perfect, according to one of the many bosses at work, they are still to long.

So, I am being moved to another division at work. Where I have to call people and try and sell another electric company. I am so hating that. :-( I am not a sales-person, so I am not even sure I can do it! Funny thing is, I have a shitload of education to deal with calls at the hotel-division, but I have no education to make calls on the electronic division... But, since my calls are to long, the company are not making any money off me, and are therefore moving me.

And if I refuse to do this? I am getting sacked.

Thanx, Beans. Yeah. It does suck. Donkey balls in fact. :-P I am trying to get a new job, but things being as they are, it ain't easy. My dream would be to work at the high school university library in town. It is an AWESOME library. I think I'll go visit with them tomorrow, actually....

I know, and I know... But this company ain't making much sense. My calls are to long. They lose money. They move me. And hence, have to give me a new education. Funny thing is, the representatives for the union at work are all in on it. Yay.... or not.

Well, according to the company it don't matter how good service you give if the calls are to long. If the calls are to long, they lose money. And that is all that counts. Sadly.
