Happy Halloween, people!

I really hope you have had a wonderful Halloween, all those lucky people that really, REALLY celebrate it. Not much celebrating here, sadly. :-P

I was however dressed up at work... Yeah. They had this contest today for best costume and all that jazz... I took what is easiest for me, and dressed up as my LARP-character Rose Valentine. I got a lot of cudos for my neat costume, though. :-) That felt great! All the shouts that I looked great felt a bit odd though. It is not like I try to look good when I put on vamp-makeup... Ehm. :-P It was fun however, so... :-)



Why does this give me a scary thought about telemarketing companies? :-P (I see now some makeup has fallen of the nose... But I had a cold, dammit!)


What amused me the most is that one of the persons that I really, REALLY dislike at work.... Dressed up as a witch. Oddly fitting. X-D I don't know if I won best costume though, since I had a short day today, and left before the prizes was handed out. I didn't mind though. Leaving work early is always nice. ;-)

We were going to a birthday party in the afternoon and we missed one part of the gift, so I had to get that before I came home. In the middle of the day... In full vamp-makeup... Yeah, I did get some odd lucks, but it was just fun. I never mind getting odd lucks nowadays. :-)

Birthday party was fun! Peting's uncle had his birthday today. Great bunch of guests, among them his mother, who is a fountain of stories of the old days... We discussed things from 1850 and onwards... Was a blast! Old people can be a lot of fun to. Just saying. :-)

So it is has been a busy Halloween, but only with good stuff, so I am happy. :-)

Great tights. I was in my usual old crone witch outfit last night during our city trick or treat. We do the yard up as a grave yard with me in front of a fake fire and cauldron. We have my godson in a grime reaper costume scaring kids with a chain saw and we usually have other guys and gals in vampire gear plus ghosts that drift down from the roof on wires. We have a giant spider on the roof and a guy that jumps out of a coffin. We had about 300 trick or treaters last night so it was a good turn out. Happy Halloween!

It looks a little strange, yes, considering Rose´s attitude towards telephones, but it´s really cute. And the doll is there too!

Master thesis and well astro had to listen to a long discussion about babies, ya we had a great time. But at least we are in each others company and have candy. Like your work outfit;)
