Health and cleaning...

Right, so... after our little vacation trip it was time to clean out the apartment. Like... seriously. It was not so very nice here, if I put it that way... And we didn't have that much time to do so! Because we got home the 16th... and on the 17th I had a Doctors appointment and on the 19th I have my birthday... SO CUE STRESS!

17th I got up early to go to the Doctors office... but when I got there, they said I should have been there the 15th. When I wasn't even in the city. WHAT! Hell no! On the note they sent me it SAID 17th! But of course I'd thrown that away and the young nurse in the reception didn't believe me. :-/ Gladly the nurse that me and Alexandra usually meet up with was there and she helped me so I got another time with the same Doctor in the afternoon instead. :-P Thank heavens for friendly helpful people!

So home I went and collapsed on the bed! It was my turn to sleep in, and I wanted to take full advantage of that. ;-) Even though it was slightly ruined...

After that and Alexandras feeding times and her naptimes... We went grocery shopping, because after our vacation, our fridge and freezer was pretty much empty. Refill, refill. Plus I needed to buy stuff so I can bake something for my birthday. :-)

And then, the Doctors office again. And I gotta say, even though I was annoyed at the troubles, that Doc was wonderful. :-) What a lovely man!

Remember when I went to the ER so many times since I couldn't breath? Well. Apparently I got asthma. So now they are starting an medical investigation to what kind of asthma it is... There's more then one, apparently... o.O I had no idea. At least the Doc said it couldn't be the cats, since if it were I wouldn't be able to breath at any time at all! Thank heavens for that...

So after being interviewed by the Doc, we had dinner... and then during the evening when peting73 put Alexandra to bed, I cleaned the entire kitchen. Except the floors. :-P And baked coconut muffins.

Next day MIL, awesome woman, came over. She took Alexandra with her to babysit her for the day. First time Alexandra was somewhere else with someone else than her parents... :-D And it worked GREAT! They spent the day hanging out at peting73s aunt's garden. :-)

Which sounds absolutely blissful since during that time me and peting73 cleaned out the entire apartment. Well, apart from the kitchen that I'd already cleaned. :-P And I baked TWO sponge-cakes... to add to the muffins I baked the day before.

But the apartment SHINED! And the fridge was filled with food and cakes and it felt great when we went to pick up Alexandra and thank MIL. Apparently Alexandra had been a doll all day and not complained once. Brilliant. MIL will be used as a babysitter more then once after this, I can assure you... ;-)

I felt really accomplished after all that, even though it really sucked while we were doing it. :-P

Ma Birthday! :-D

So, the 19th this month I turned 36 years old. Ladies and Gents... I am officially old. X-D And should really stop fangirling young boys. *lol*

Anyway, it was JUST what I wanted. :-D Calm and nice. And lots of holy unhealthy food. X-D I'd baked two spongecakes, one with vanilla and poppy seeds and one with passion fruit in it, and some coconut muffins. And there were coffee and there were tea (for those like me who don't drink coffee like nearly everyone else in this country!) and for dinner we had swedish pancakes with yam! :-D So lots of sweet stuff got eaten!

peting73s aunt and family came over, of course! MIL to, naturally! And my darling mom! It was awesome! And Alexandra behaved great, which made the whole thing even better. :-D

I got gifts to, of course! It's not a huge pile of gifts, but still they are awesome in their own right. :-) I got a gift card from my MIL for pedicure/chiropody, which is something I've wanted to do a long time, since I've never done it. :-) Then from peting73s aunt and her SO, I got another little charm for my Thomas Sabo bracelet! (THIS one!). It's really cute! From his cousin, I got a vanity case filled with nail polishes! X-D I am not joking! 14 of them in various colours! SO COOL! I am going to have a lot of fun with those, that's for sure! (Totally blaming my nail polish addiction to two things: Buying my Konad-stuff... and seeing fyredancer post stuff...). From my mom I got some really REALLY rocking earings! :-D SKULL-earings! From a swedish brand called Rock By Sweden. They are SERIOUSLY cool! (THESE ones!) And from peting73, the darling man, I got Sims 3 - Pets! WOHOO! Never played any Sims-game, so that should be fun! :-D I wished for it, so... :-)

So yeah, that was my birthday loot. :-D Not a bad one, if you ask me. ;-)

peting73's relatives and mom didn't stay that long. His cousin gets all edge and can't stay for long in one place, so they all left with her. Mom was a bit late, since she'd worked during the day, so she stayed until 11pm! o.O And then drove home for two hours! She's nuts! But I love her. She is a good driver though (if a bit fast), so I am not worried about her driving late and far. :-)

So, yeah... :-) My birthday. Soon time for Alexandras! :-D

And after all that...

We haven't done much here after vacation and birthday. :-) We basiclly have a vacation from our vacation. X-D *lol*

I did go downtown today though. Took Alexandra with me. She loves going around in her pram looking at people and everything. It was nice. :-) We checked out a pretty new pizza-restaurant and I bought myself new shoes and a new bra. :-)

Running shoes. EXPENSIVE running shoes! O.o I bought them in a store where both orthopaedist and physiotherapists work to make sure you get the right shoe for you. peting73, his best friend Kiltfan and two friends from the LARP told me they might be expensive at that store, but damn... It is worth every krona to get a shoe there.

So I went there. Had to walk on a special treadmill where they could see HOW I walk (urgh.. I got to see, not pretty...) and what kind of shoes I needed. I figured I'd get shoes in some neon-colour, since that is the kind of running shoes I always see. I got to try two pairs on, and then walk on the weird treadmill again, twice with both shoes so he could see which ones would fit me better. And then he packed a pair up and paid.

They were black. X-D *laughs ass off* How very perfect. They got shoelaces neon-yellow, but still. Black for the goth! X-D

Expensive like FUCK though! 1500 krona = 217 USD... o.O And those were one of the cheaper running shoes there! Geezes...

The bra I bought in a underwear-store specialized in bras was crazy comfy keeping things from jiggling when running and not quite as expensive... 600 krona = 87 USD.

Anyway. I'll re-start my running-regime, Couch25K and hopefully with these shoes and this bra? It'll be a ton easier. :-) I am hopefull and very determined. :-)
