This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Worked a few hours at the library today to, worked fine... until all our computers decided to stop working properly! DAMN! That is NOT good! Cue stress... Not something we could rule over, but it sure didn't help. Luckily the visitors to the library where very understanding. Apart from the kids, of course, but hey... Kids are kids, so I guess thats alright.

And then there was another phone call today. When it rains, it sure pours... good things! Since the lady on the other end was from another library in town that I have visited before. And I got along very well with said lady to. Anyway, she wanted to talk to one of my colleagues, but before that she said they soon would have there planning meeting, and that I could probably count on getting hours at that library to... o.O OMG! It is the ketchup-effect, I tell you... o.O

I only worked until lunch, and after that I have been home taking it easy. My period started today. And anyone who thought my menstrual cramps would disappear just because I had my surgery and they took a ton of endometriosis cysts away? Well. Your wrong. I figured I'd still have bad cramps, so I wasn't surprised. But the surgery has taken some of the edge off. It probably also helps that I now have started to use a Mooncup instead of pads and tampons. Other women suffering from endometriosis who have started to use a Mooncup (or something similar) have been helped by it. I can only agree. Instead of taking a ton of painkillers today, I have manged to just take two of each. That ain't much when it comes to me, let me tell you.

So all good today, in fact.

To end it all today, have a meme. :-) [livejournal.com profile] steinsgrrl had this in her LJ, and even though I wasn't tagged, I just had to do it. I am involved in so many fandoms, it ain't even funny. X-D

Tagging anyone who feels like it, but I have to poke [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit a bit extra... Do this, eh sis? How many musicals can you fit in, hmm? And lets not forget Mr Todd! *laugh*

Goth girl with happy skull
Can someone tell me how the hell a freaking KINK-MEME* can put me in a bad mood? I am just asking. Always the same pairing. I mean, seriously... *head-desk* THERE ARE OTHER MEMBERS IN THAT BAND, PEOPLE, WTH? Yes, I am talking about Tokio Hotel. Shut up. I am allowed to. This is my LJ. :-P And it is starting to annoy the hell out of me that everyone is all about the twins here and the twins that. Yes, I like the Kaulitz twins to. I do. But I'd like to hear about Gustav and Georg to and read about them, thank you. They are a member of the band to, if you forgot... *grumble, grumble*

And talking about annoying things in fandom. My dear, darling Spike fans and Angel fans and Buffy fans. All pairings are alright. Don't go all overboard about that damn comic, please. Yes, I don't have to read it. Yes, I do skip posts about it. Yes, your allowed to post about it in your LJ. It is your LJ. But right now it feels like the whole fandom needs to take a chill-pill about those freaking comics. Joss Whedon ain't God, people... Even if he sometimes thinks he is. :-P

And now when I have properly pissed off half my LJ friends-list...

Poked around some more in Second Life today. Damn, that thing is addictive! o.O Pimping up my lil'character more and more. You can do that quite nicely with freebies from different stores. Usually clothes and other bling cost the ingame cash Linden Dollars. But most cool stores have neat little freebies, like... "Sit in the chair in this room in our store for 45mins and you'll get this outfit for free!" No problem. I just put my little avatar-girl in said chair. And then I read fanfics for 45mins until there is a Ding! from the game, and hey! I got a new outfit! *laugh* And many stores had a lot of freebies for free to, without you having to do anything. Some I bought for my little avatar with the ingame cash. I did get some Linden Dollars from J and Ugglefot as a welcome gift to the game. My little avatar even has tattoos now! I even found a Bill Kaulitz-tattoo, so now she has a star on her hip! *laugh* And those black nails with white tips! I am such a nerd... X-D

So, despite fandom annoyance it has been a good day today. :-) Worked for three hours at the library, but thats about it. Have been a nerd for most of the day. :-)
