This has been a really great day!
Worked 7 hours at the library today. And I was the only librarian there! :-D First time I was the only responsible one there at the bigger library! OMG! So much fun! And yay, boost to my self confidence much?! :-D There wasn't THAT many people visiting, but hey... All the other librarians where in a meeting all day, so thats why they called me in to work. :-) And everything worked so damn great, you have no idea! Wohoo! And during the day, Boss called and asked if I could do some more hours next week... Hell yeah! Did I mention I love working at that library, with them fun librarians? Well, I do. :-D There's Boss, Talkative Librarian, Kinky Sense of Humor Librarian, Quite Librarian and Sweet Librarian (who is mostly at the small school-library). They are all MADE OF WIN, people! They are throwing chances at me, and I really have no idea how to thank them enough. :-D Anyway, so... Next week, work on Wednesday and Thursday. And then the week after that the "work-full-day-every-Monday"-thing will start. :-) Looking brighter people! That makes a happy KSena.
So, yeah. You could say that was awesome. :-)
Oh, and I finished of reading the biography about Guns'N'Roses... It was called Guns'N'Roses - Welcome to the Jungle (in Sweden, in english it is called Watch you bleed... also fitting)... Yeah. That was... a fitting title. Much like Ozzy, I am surprised any of them are alive, what with how much drugs and booze they have lived off... Fucking insane. (Duff McKagan downed four bottles of vodka each day, and Slash downed four bottles of Jack each day plus various drugs when they were at there height of there careers... o.O) Even though I am slightly obsessed with Tokio Hotel, I am originally a Guns'N'Roses and Bon Jovi fan from start. :-) And reading this book has really put a boost on that. So lately I am almost exclusively listening to Gun'N'Roses music. And I have again fallen in love with Slash... Seriously. How awesome a guitarist ain't that man? (Got some way to go yet, young Kaultiz...) I found some really wicked interviews with Slash on YouTube, where he talked about a solo-album that will be released this year, where he has invited singers to sing to music he has written and plays. Oh hellz to the yez... I am so, so buying that.
This interview aired earlier this year in the US, so it is fairly new. :-) Man, he is so cute when he talks about his kids and how he has quite smoking! (OMG! No more cigarette under the hat!)
( Slash interview at Lopez Tonight... )
Rock on!
