This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

I must say, I am liking more and more simplistic layouts. It is funny. When I started changing around and using coded layouts, I used very complex once. I guess we all change. :-)

Anyway, I gave up on that writing challange. I just couldn't do it. To keep up I had to write about 1200-1500 words a day. And I just couldn't. :-P My RPG-posts and drabbles are at most around 500 words. But the good thing with the challange was that it pushed me in the right direction so I will try and finish off my story about my vampire. [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit has read a little of it, and apparently it is creepy from start. Means I have succeeded in that at least. ;-D Only to continue in the same manner.

Talking about vampires, tomorrow it is time for the vamp-LARP again. Can't wait. One of my LARP-friends called today. HA HA HA HA!!! That man is insane! X-D Things will be very interesting tomorrow! It is so much fun to discuss with my LARP-friends! Such a fun bunch. Haven't head anything about the couple that I fear have broken up though... I guess that riddle will be solved tomorrow to...

Got gifts to my brother and his fiancé today. They are celebrating there birthdays on sunday. We can't stay that long sadly since [livejournal.com profile] peting73 is working nights this month, and starts working at 8pm sunday evening. And it takes 1½ to 2 hours to drive to my brothers.... So, a short visit it'll be. I will have time to cuddle his kid and hug mom so... :-) It'll be good still.

And then.... then... on monday... DOOM!!! No, just kidding. But no more freedom for me. On monday it is back to work for me. *head-desk* So not looking forward to that. These last 4 weeks has been... bliss. So much bliss. To just laze about every single day? Just bliss. The one thing I miss from being unemployed. I don't miss the depression, or the lack of money. But the fact that I could just laze about each day? That I miss ALOT. I'll just keep my fingers crossed that [livejournal.com profile] peting73 wins at the lotto, or gets that high-payed engineer job... ;-D One can dream, right?

So, what have I been doing these four weeks? Well, as I told you guys earlier the first week was spent driving around the east-coast of Sweden. The other three weeks... I have done nothing... Only been lazy. Staying up late at night. Poking around on my LJ. Playing INSANE amounts of World of Warcraft. Saying hi to friends. Just... being lazy. I needed that. Hopefully it have given me strength to go head-first with autumn and winter. I bet I win.

Oh, and I got tagged. Or I choose to get tagged. By [livejournal.com profile] pktaxwench. :-) Was some time ago I did a meme. And this was a trixy one!

1. Comment on this post.
2. I will give you a letter.
3. Think of 5 fictional characters whose name starts with that letter and post their names and your comments on these characters in your LJ. (This is optional - you'll have to request that I give you a letter if you want it.)

I got the letter O..... o.O I can tell you, I had to search the net, think hard and check my books and comics for this. O is a though letter.

1. Oracle - Yeah, the Oracle from Matrix. Now thats a cool lady! Ehr... program. She plots and intrigues like there is nobody's business. And she makes fabulous cookies! She rocks. There is no spoon...

2. Oliver Twist - A classic. Always. I love Charles Dickens classic stories. I learned alot of classical literature when studying Literature Science. Much I disagreed with (fantasy is not real literature, neither is comics!). But I discovered that much of those old dusty books.... are quite good. :-)

3. One-eye - Elfquest character. Quite a cool one to! Ask [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit. It is her favorite in said graphic novel-series. Elfquest is a never ending story. Or a living thing. Since the creators started this series of graphic novels in the end of the 1970s it has grown to enormous proportions! And I still enjoy reading it. :-)

4. Odysseus - More classic! Taking us back to old Greece. I have a thing for stories and legends about old Gods and monsters. And if there is one thing Odysseus encounters on his travels, it is Gods and monsters. :-) Also, I love the spoof they did on Odysseus in Xena. So funny!

5. Oden - Old Norse God. And he has been involved in legends, stories etc since time can tell. (Even in movies, comics, and modern books!) King of the Goods. God of Death and War... and poetry. He could see the future and the past. Quite a cool man. Also went under the name Grey Coat, since according to legend, if you were lucky enough to meet this powerful God, he would appear as an aging man with long grey beard and long hair, wearing a grey coat and a grey hat... (now who does this remind you off...?).

Anyway. Time for bed. Lets see if I can fall asleep before 4am tonight... Ehm...
