Things are still going good. :-) I was very hungry the second day, but not now. I haven't lost any energy in any way. Everything works as usually. Apart from the meals that is. Peting is doing perfectly fine to. And from the reports I get from
spicehobbit, so is she. So far, it is a success. Was a tough one yesterday when I was in Gothenburg and everyone around me ate candy or icecream... Yeah, it wasn't easy, but I made it through the day without eating anything else but my soups. :-) I am proud of myself. *nod*
Also if anyone is worried about us doing this, I can assure you, we researched this diet quite a bit. My mother is on it, and her sister my aunt. And there cousin. They are all doing fine. And I have found more people that have done it to, and talked to them. (Total strangers, in fact.... Never say I was afraid to talk to people...) So yeah. Don't worry about us. :-) We are no younglings. We know our bodies quite well, and knows what it can and cannot take. :-)
Weight: 104 kgs (229 lb) Lost 2 kgs (4, 4 lb)!!!!
Waist: 116 cm (46 inches) 3 cm (1,1 inch). Not bad...
Ass/tummy: 132 cm (51,9 inches) Small change... Only 1cm (0,3 inches).
Right tigh: 70 cm (27,5 inches) 3 cm (1,2 inches)! What the heck?
Left tigh: 70 cm (27,5 inches) Same here... Strange...
Right upper arm: 43 cm (16,9 inches) I gained? Odd... And not fun.
Left upper arm: 42 cm (17 inches) Unchanged...

So far so good. :-) I still have high hopes, and I still think the soups I live on taste yummy! (Cocoa or vanilla for breakfast? Hell yeah!)

Date: 2008-07-25 04:17 pm (UTC)I´m so proud of you, surviving the temptations of Gothenburg in summer. I´m going there tomorrow, to visit some friends and watching "The Dark Knight". That means I´ll have my lunch soup at their house. Gonna be interesting...
Gawd, you´re so serious! o.O I´ll just keep track on my weight and my waist.

Date: 2008-07-27 04:48 pm (UTC)You can buy the soups on the net, but it is a good idea to meet with an adviser for the diet at least before starting. We have decided to go visit with our advisor every other week. For support and encouragement. :-) Strangely there is no advisor for Cambridge in Borås (as we know off...), but we go to Gällstad that has a lovely lady there. :-) She sells soups and other Cambridge-things. I think though, that to be able to buy soups online, you need to have meet with a advisor that adds you to a list of some sort... I am not 100% sure about that though, since I don't shop online for my stuff (yet...) :-)

Date: 2008-07-27 09:49 pm (UTC)Cambridge must've changed their mixes since 1983 if they taste good now! One of my teachers at alternative school was on Cambridge for awhile. The stuff she had to drink smelled like baby formula-- or worse, baby puke. She made the worst faces drinking it.
My brother usually borrows my scale to weigh himself every few days so I switched the display on my scale from pounds to kilograms to see if he'd notice. He got on it, stepped off, stepped back on, scratched his head, and said, "What's wrong with this scale? It says I only weigh 116." Heh. (until he checked under the scale to see if the battery was loose and saw the switch was on KG instead of LB).

Date: 2008-07-28 05:03 am (UTC)At least the mixes I drink are very tasty. There are quite a few different tastes to choose from.
I did find a good converter site so I didn't have to do all the counting myself. :-P kilograms and pounds are quite different after all. :-)
