This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Things are still going good. :-) I was very hungry the second day, but not now. I haven't lost any energy in any way. Everything works as usually. Apart from the meals that is. Peting is doing perfectly fine to. And from the reports I get from [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit, so is she. So far, it is a success. Was a tough one yesterday when I was in Gothenburg and everyone around me ate candy or icecream... Yeah, it wasn't easy, but I made it through the day without eating anything else but my soups. :-) I am proud of myself. *nod*

Also if anyone is worried about us doing this, I can assure you, we researched this diet quite a bit. My mother is on it, and her sister my aunt. And there cousin. They are all doing fine. And I have found more people that have done it to, and talked to them. (Total strangers, in fact.... Never say I was afraid to talk to people...) So yeah. Don't worry about us. :-) We are no younglings. We know our bodies quite well, and knows what it can and cannot take. :-)

Weight: 104 kgs (229 lb) Lost 2 kgs (4, 4 lb)!!!!

Waist: 116 cm (46 inches) 3 cm (1,1 inch). Not bad...
Ass/tummy: 132 cm (51,9 inches) Small change... Only 1cm (0,3 inches).

Right tigh: 70 cm (27,5 inches) 3 cm (1,2 inches)! What the heck?
Left tigh: 70 cm (27,5 inches) Same here... Strange...

Right upper arm: 43 cm (16,9 inches) I gained? Odd... And not fun.
Left upper arm: 42 cm (17 inches) Unchanged...

So far so good. :-) I still have high hopes, and I still think the soups I live on taste yummy! (Cocoa or vanilla for breakfast? Hell yeah!)

Way to go, girl! Way to go, all of us! :-D
I´m so proud of you, surviving the temptations of Gothenburg in summer. I´m going there tomorrow, to visit some friends and watching "The Dark Knight". That means I´ll have my lunch soup at their house. Gonna be interesting...

Gawd, you´re so serious! o.O I´ll just keep track on my weight and my waist.

Temptations of Gothenburg is evul I tell ya! Evul! That was not easy, I can assure you...

On a completely random note, could you give a home to two Bootstrap Bill zizzlinger figures? I've pulled a zillion spares out of my packs, and rather than just dumping at a thrift store, I figure you'd appreciate them. I just need an address, and I'll mail them whenever I wander to a post office. (It'll be a while though, since international mail is a pain to fill out those customs forms and i'm lazy. But it'll happen. :) )

You're getting me interested in this diet as well. I'm looking to lose about 8-10 kgs this autumn... Will head over to Friskis&Svettis when they start up again, but I have to look at what I'm eating as well. Where do you get these soups? The stuff in the supermarket tastes like strawberry sawdust.

Oh, and I'm impressed by your endurance. :-)

I couldn't have done it alone. Hadn't Peting and [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit done it with me, I couldn't have done it. We support it each other alot.

You can buy the soups on the net, but it is a good idea to meet with an adviser for the diet at least before starting. We have decided to go visit with our advisor every other week. For support and encouragement. :-) Strangely there is no advisor for Cambridge in Borås (as we know off...), but we go to Gällstad that has a lovely lady there. :-) She sells soups and other Cambridge-things. I think though, that to be able to buy soups online, you need to have meet with a advisor that adds you to a list of some sort... I am not 100% sure about that though, since I don't shop online for my stuff (yet...) :-)

I might as well stick with the strawberry sawdust then. I think I'll try to eat one meal in school every day and stock my fridge with some of those diet drinks for the afternoon/evening. Thankfully I'm too lazy to walk out to the store every time I get a craving. I'm one of those people who eat out of boredom otherwise...

Whoo, keep on truckin, Moonie!

Cambridge must've changed their mixes since 1983 if they taste good now! One of my teachers at alternative school was on Cambridge for awhile. The stuff she had to drink smelled like baby formula-- or worse, baby puke. She made the worst faces drinking it.

My brother usually borrows my scale to weigh himself every few days so I switched the display on my scale from pounds to kilograms to see if he'd notice. He got on it, stepped off, stepped back on, scratched his head, and said, "What's wrong with this scale? It says I only weigh 116." Heh. (until he checked under the scale to see if the battery was loose and saw the switch was on KG instead of LB).

Thank you! :-D Damn, your still calling me Moonie... Memories. I don't even remember what you were used to be called on the boards. :-P

At least the mixes I drink are very tasty. There are quite a few different tastes to choose from. [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit tried the strawberry one, but that wasn't good. I have vanilla-shake, chocolate-shake, chicken-soap and mushroom-soap. All very tasty. :-) I can assure you it don't taste or smell like baby-puke at least. *grin*

I did find a good converter site so I didn't have to do all the counting myself. :-P kilograms and pounds are quite different after all. :-)
