This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Just had a talk to [livejournal.com profile] chigrima. Always so nice to talk to you, my friend. :-) Can't wait for our date tomorrow.

All good here, only a little bit sunburnt on my shoulders. We had a walk at the zoo here with Peting and his mother and aunt with family. It was lovely, although a bit to sunny and hot. And we saw the raccoons! They usually hide away in there little house, so we always thought that they didn't have them any longer. But this friday, they poked there noses out. SO CUTE! :-D

Saturday was vampire-LARP-time. :-D So much fun it was this time!!! Another player and his friend had put down some real work on preparations and they had arranged the furniture in a different way, to make the feel of the place different. Let me just say, it worked like a charm. :-) They had put riddles all over the place, perfect for Rose and her daughter since they like that stuff. Especially since the riddles was to solve a murder. :-D Later turned out it was a small contest, the winner getting much respect from the other vampires. Sadly, Rose didn't win, despite ordering her daughter to help her. Darn! Would have been fun with more power for Rose. I am working on getting even more... Mwahahaha!!! I R playing evul vampiress, I am! And it is darn fun to! :-D

To bad it has been so hot these days though. Darn heat-wave. I am not amused. Also, annoying work-mates who thinks you should be outside in the sun enjoying it! Eh. No. I really do not like to be in the sun. I prefer sitting in the shade, thank you. So, I am paler then you? Big deal. It is not a contest... People. *sigh*

Anyways, found this gem awhile ago while reading Pirates-fanfic. I have been wondering where all the three-some stories are? I mean... Really. You got a perfect threesome in the three lead-characters. But when I have been surfing around all the Pirates-communities I have found, it seems that either you like Will and Elisabeth OR Jack and Elisabeth OR Jack and Will. Not all of them in a pile. I find that odd. It is the perfect pairing in my mind. So I asked in a post in a community. Apparently it was this HUGE fandom-wank over it when Dead Mens Chest hit the big screen. I find that to bad. There is so much potentional in such a threesome pairing. At least I found one community dedicated to it, [livejournal.com profile] potcot3 (not much action there, but a little). And I got a link to a website that has ALL the pairings you can think off. And some you didn't wanna know... Cultural Infidelities (Check the index.) *smirk* Been mighty interesting reading there though.

What brought my search for threesome fics on though, was an AMAZING story written by [livejournal.com profile] soleilpirate called Heal the hurts. It is so, so well written. I admit. I don't get horny easily by fics any longer, but this one had me sitting on the edge of my chair panting. I shit you not. And the one suggesting the threesome is not the one one might think... Wonderful work! Read it if you haven't! :-D

Heal the hurts: Part 1 and 2, Part 3 and 4, Part 5 and 6, Part 7 and 8, Part 9 and 10

You'll want to read that one. Set during the American Revolution, it not only explores the sexual aspect of the threesome, but also the emotional aspect. (Yes, it's Will/Elizabeth/Jack, in spite of my icon, for which there are also a few good fics.)

Thank you! I'll definitly check that out. :-D

I am getting thrown links all over the place. Seems like the Will/Elisabeth/Jack people are hiding. Why, I wonder? Were you around during the wank off it all? *curious* I just don't understand it, you know. :-P Some one told me when I asked my question in a community that I had open an old bag of worms... How would I know, you know? I haven't been in the fandom long, I don't know about the old worms. :-P

I don't really know what the wank was. I didn't really get into the fandom until DMC, and J/E/W was a more likely pairing after CotBP than it is now, so I'm guessing it's that old.

I do know that there was a lot of W/E vs. J/E fighting for a while, and it seemed like there were J/E people, W/E people, and W/J, but not much overlap. ::shrug:: So I'm not much help there, I suppose. :-) But I do hope you enjoy the fic!

I hear you on the sun-loving co-workers... There's no skintone contests where I'm at, but they all think sunny weather is lovely. Even though it makes the library horribly hot. (No, I don't get it either.)

And why can't anyone make a sunscreen product that doesn't make you sticky? And smelly?

Sorry. I'll go rant in my own LJ now.

Rant away, dear! Mi casa, zu casa... Or something. :-D

It's not that I don't like summer. I do like the summer-time. I was born in the middle of it after all. I love to sit in the shadow reading a book or take long baths in the sea or a lake. I just don't like the frenzy that everyone seems to go into the moment the sun comes out...

Sitting in the shadow reading is pretty much the only thing I like about summer. Or at least the sunny kind of summer... I love rainy cloudy summer days, because they are usually just warm enough, and the air after the rain is so easy to breathe...

If I wake up and the sun is shining in through my window, it actually makes me depressed. Those are the days I have the worst time getting up. And then I get even more depressed when mom tells me I'm silly and dumb and if I just go sit in the sun everything will be better.

One thing this "living with my parents as an adult" thing have taught me is that my mom is a conservative stubborn bitch. And that I now know why I'm so utterly convinced I'm not normal: my mom have been telling me this since I was old enough to express an opinion of my own.

And sorry again for the ranting. I just have to tell someone, or I'll go crazy.

Rant away, dear. It is what a journal is for, after all. :-) And you might be what is considered normal, but hell.... That just makes you better. *nods*

Knowing what I know about you, I'm guessing you missed a "not" in that reply...

And nowadays I'm proud of being an "oddity", but mom thinks I'm not normal for such silly things... like my crafting. That's the annoying part...

Thank the Powers-that-be for such things as good friends. *grins*

*facepalm* Eh... Yes, I did. :-P

What? For your crafting? Eh... She really needs a reality-check.

And were always here you know. Not that far away. ;-)

Well, you *know* it's not normal to do things the way I do... I make things up as I go along, and I *never* follow a pattern exactly as written. So, knitting after a pattern with the specified yarn making something someone else has already made is not weird; knitting with re-purposed secondhand yarn after a pattern that only exists in my head and *possibly* in some scribbled notes is. Laughably weird, apparently. Using tattoo flash for embroidery patterns is also very funny.

O well. I'll just ignore her, keep doing it my way, and then go on the net and rant. *grins*

That is good to know. Someday I *will* have a bit more money so I can afford to visit... *hugs* (Hopefully I will also have a job and a life so that I can talk about something besides the horribleness of my mother...)
