This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

I have made an icon. *points* :-) See? More Doc Marten boots. I have fallen so in love with that picture of my old Docs. Yeah. They have been thrown in the trash now. My they rest in peace. Or something... :-P Changed layout again, but kept the header. Didn't like having all my links on top. It annoyed me. :-P

Talking about layouts and mood-themes and... stuffs. I got a question from [livejournal.com profile] ruchirahni on how to add a moodtheme to your LJ. A long answer to that. Would anyone else be interested in a How To-post on how to add a mood-theme, and a How To post how to add a costumized layout? I would keep it simple, and add screen-shots to. Just wanna see if there is an interest for it, before I put down the time. :-)

And... Some pimping! :-D

Will Turners Locker (Cosplay-post part One)(Re-pimp, slight spoiler for At Worlds End.)
Jack and Will (Cosplay-post part Two)(Re-pimp)

These two pimped posts you probably remember, pimped them before. Apperead it was a series of four! And the wonderful person now posted the last two posts, also full of wonderful costumes! You can really see how much work these girls put down on there clothes! And that they are not afraid to make a fool out of them selfs either... *smirk* [livejournal.com profile] chigrima, [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit, [livejournal.com profile] astroflammante! Pay attention! Pretty costumes ahead!

At Worlds End Will (Cosplay-post part Three) (Spoilers for At World End!)
Will and Jack being fools in public... (Cosplay-post part 4)

I had so much fun watching these... And I am a bit sad there is no cosplay tradition or Ren-faires or anything like that in Sweden. *pout*

While we're at the subject of pirates... I have a very very good little drabble to share. It is very short, but... oh so very beautiful and sad. You should read it. It is really worth the few seconds it takes to read through it. Spoilers for At Worlds End, though.

And some silliness, to lighten up the mood after that. Told [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit about this little guy, getting the answer that orcs don't do that. I agree. Orcs don't drink tea... or read books... or wear glasses. But this guy do. The cutest orc I have ever seen! :-D

Oh, they are. And nice to! :-D The hours they put down on these costumes is scary... And I haven't even counted the research they do to make the smallest detail perfect. :-) My favorite picture must be when "Jack" is playing on his laptop and "Will" is playing a small video-game... X-D The silliness! And the pics on the plane! Priceless! X-D

I thought you'd find those pictures quite fun, yes. :-) I guess it is a thing only insane people that likes to sew gets. ;-) I just enjoy standing on the sidelines looking at the stuff people creates nowadays. :-)

Sir Grumples rocks! Especially his pinky! ;-D

The hours those girls put down on the costumes... It is scary, I tell you. "Will Turner" put down around 200 houre on the waistcoat worn these pictures (http://community.livejournal.com/turningpirate/108736.html) only. Insane I tell ya. Totally insane.

No Renfaires in Sweden?! Boo! Well, that just nixes my long-term goal of living there someday. OR, we'll just have to start one. :-)

Congrats on the new boots!

Well, there might not be renfaires as they work in the US... But the medieval is HUGE is Sweden, since we have such a rich history there. :-) So, each year in the city of Visby on island of Gotland (that has a lot of the medieval buildings left) there is this HUGE medieval celebration that beats most things, or so I have been told. :-) And I have talked to both american and australian and british visitors those years I have been there. A whole week of living the medieval life with all what comes with it... Beat that! :-D
