Job-report and RP-thoughts! WooT!

So. This I got job is permanent from now on. :-) Not bad. I am even shocked myself that I got a permanent job finally. And the pay is definitely good to. That means they can't kick me out or anything, something I feel is quite nice. I am quite happy about it. This job is not half-bad. Sure, sometime you get some real assholes on the phone, but as a whole, not bad at all. It was the last day of our groups boss today, so we took a bit o' break from work, to give her gifts and eat cake. :-) To bad, I actually started to like her. Cool lady. Our new group-boss seems pretty cool to. He has a really fun attitude as the same time keeping it professional. Good combo. And he helped me raising my desk, which really is a good thing. Since everyday, almost, after work earlier my shoulder (right one, using the mouse) hurted like all hell. Now it doesn't, so that was indeed a good thing. Don't wanna get a "mouse-arm" the first thing I do. :-) I am sitting so much more comfortable at my own desk at home, but it gets better at work. My new boss (and my old one) told me today, that if I need anything more for my little desk where I work, I was supposed to tell them. :-) And I'll definitely keep that in mind. ;-) I think I'll bring some silly stickers and stuff to tomorrow to decorate my corner with. :-D Gotta fell at home now when I am going to spend every single day there. ;-)

The little Pirates-RP I have joined is moving along nicely to. So far my character, Boostrap Bill, is the only played crew-member of the Flying Dutchman. Well, and the Captain to, of course. Would be nice if someone more signed up to play a crew-member, though. Interaction for the win! :-D The other players are writing so amazingly good it is not even funny. I got really happy when I checked the game today, and seeing that we now have a Anamaria and a Ragetti! WooT! I love Ragetti, he so cute. No Pintel yet, but I suspect that won't take long. ;-) I saw someone signed up for Hector Barbossa today to! Just have to wait and see if the player gets approved to. Jack, Will and Elisabeth were taken before I joined, so now... we are set for adventure! *snicker*

Sadly though I have lost some of my inspiration to write in the Buffy-fandom. Good thing I am only involved in one game for that fandom. I guess I have been burned out from all the games I have been in that has died due to drama. Damn drama. I'll just keep to one-on-one games for now and see how it goes. I do play two characters in the one I am involved at the moment though, Professor Maggie Walsh and FaithLeHane. Strong women both of them, in there different ways. I am fully clear on where I have Faith, not so much the dear Prof, but I am getting there. She is harder to play. But that is the fun with her, really, just as with Bootstrap. :-) The challenge.

This story, Black Waters is a really really dark take on the Pirates. Really. It is dark. Damn dark. Consider yourself warned. Itis, however very well written.. And yeah, it is slash. :-) Be warned of that to, if it is not your thing.

As you know, I haven't been involved in this fandom that long, but I already got a little story dedicated to me. o.O And it is a story with the pairing Barbossa/Elisabeth (that works in an odd way...). A very nice little piece. :-)
