Oh, it will definitely cost a lot of money! Criminals do cost society a lot of money! And the gangs will just grow when there's no one to stop the kids from joining the gangs. :-/ It's a dark future ahead IF this proposal gets decided on. I really really hope the politicians will see the error of their ways. :-P
