Date: 2018-01-03 09:56 am (UTC)I am actually very impressed by the kids/teens that come fresh from absolutly horrid experiences and end up in Sweden, which probably is as alien as another planet to them. Some, far to many, come all alone without parents or family or relatives. And they all learn the swedish language SO QUICK! Well, enough to get by and have something to build on. And then they start emerging themselvs in schoolwork and learning more. Most do, anyway. The hooligans are few if you look at how many of these refugee kids/teens I work with every day.
