I was on LJ starting in 2002, and when I got this account here in 2009, I set it to cross-post to LJ. (I also imported my entire LJ up to that point, so I haven't lost any posts.) However, I just could not justify accepting the new TOS, and so it no longer allows cross-posting.

I'm definitely sad to pretty much abandon something that I cultivated for so long. In a way, it reminds me of those stories of people traveling to the American west on the Oregon Trail and abandoning their beloved possessions along the side of the trail when the situation got dire.
