I've been wondering the same thing. If you can't do your job, than you shouldn't stay employed. End of story. Unfortunately the union has another view on the matter. I mean, it's 'just' a library. SURELY we can find some simple job for her? I hate that attitude...

I'm sorry you had to live through something similar. It's so energy draining and less than fun. :-P

Now she won't be coming back. This has apparently gone on for years, I've been told. And these last issues was just the last drop, kinda. :-P So she'll be moved to another position or if there's no position where she can do the work, she'll be sacked. At least that's the last I've heard.
