Hopefully burnt out colleague is just going through some personal stuff right now? And will improve shortly. You know when she's good she's good, so maybe she just needed some time to herself? Possible. DOesn't make everything you've gone through the past few months any easier, but at least there's hope for the future. Don't blame you for thinking twice about this job though.
