Life and such...

I have three email addresses, which is quite good. One for LJ and fandom, one for work-related stuff and one for the rest. The work-related is mostly empty... But the random-stuff inbox has lately exploded... o.O I just went through it and cleaned it up. 40 (!) new emails... GEEZES! How the hell did that happen?!?!

And I am so SOOOO Behind on answering comments on LJ to... Sorry everyone. I'll get to it, I promise!

At least I am all caught up on my f-list... :-P

Alexandra has been very well behaved, I'd say. Of course, she wants to hang out with mom and dad a lot, but that is expected. :-) She is starting to smile more and more and seek out eye contact if you are close to her face... And today she tried to mimic me when I made funny faces and poked my tongue out at her. I laughed my ass off... X-D The faces that baby can pull, GAWD! X-D

Tomorrow peting73 goes back to work after staying home for 6 weeks... I'll miss having him here for sure. Both for his own sake and for the help he has been with Alexandra. I am, admittedly a bit nervous about being alone with her. I am sure we'll be fine, but it'll be a first day tomorrow. I want to take a walk with her in her pram. I hope I'll manage that on my own...

So yeah, just wanted to let you all know I am not dead and I haven't forgotten you all. :-D

Hope that everything goes well once your hubby goes back to work. I'm sure it will be really hard for him to be away from you and Alexandra that long! Good luck with being alone all day, but I know you'll be terrific. <3

Oh, Peting has been in some serious snuggle mood when he is home with Alexandra this week. They are playing games on his computer and watching YouTube vids together.... I am not kidding... X-D It is insanely cute. I'll see if I can catch a photo of it one day for Alexandras own LJ. :-D

And it has worked quite fine this week. :-) I think it is just a matter of trying to get used to it, is all. :-)
