Midsummer IS my favourite holiday, really... :-) Can't help but love it all around. :-D And you can pretty much celebrate it the way you want to. There is no right or wrong... Only thing that is always there is the food: early potatoes, pickled herring and some sort of sour cream based cold sauce. :-) YUM, YUM! For dessert there is always, always fresh strawberries with whipped cream and/or icecream. During Midsummer I usually eat until I burst. :-D
