At least you learned. I'm none too happy about you exerting yourself either, but I suppose everyone makes mistakes- it's hard to get used to not doing things you're usually fine doing!

OMG I AM SO EXCITED FOR LES MIS. I have THE BIGGEST CRUSH on Hugh Jackman. I think he'll kick butt, he's got both the toughness and the softness. I have never seen ti live, I'm thinking about going in London next month but the thing is if I do go I'll have to go myself which makes me a little nervous. BUT I WILL SERIOUSLY BE SEEING THE MOVIE!
