Day 04 – What you ate today
What I ate today, eh? OK. :-) Here goes:
Breakfast: An omellette made from two eggs, some cream, some grated cheese. I also have bacon, tomatoes and leek in it. And some seasoning, of course. Fried in REAL butter for that extra fat! Damn tasty!
Lunch: A sallad with... this and that. :-) No meat, just vegetables. And a home-made dressing high on fat.
Dinner: Moussaka with just eggplant, no potatoes. Lots of meat and lots of fat, cheese and such. Home-made. Damn tasty!
Evening snack: Two different kinds of cheese with same home made dressing that is high on fat used as dip. Yum, yum!
Eating like this you don't have to eat much each meal, let me tell you! So my portains are quite small, but I swear I never feel hunger and no need for any extra snacks or sweets. I love eating LowCarbHighFat food. :-D
