All of the Scandinavian countries are really. Both Norway and Denmark were taken over by the Nazis during WWII but apart from that we've stayed more or less neutral during modern history. Our countries are very stable, so I suppose that is why so many immigrants wants to go here. And we take in as many as we can. During WWII when some Danes in Danmark found out that the Nazis were going to round up all the Jews in Denmark, the fishermen both danes and swedes who knew each other well, worked together and sailed every single danish jew over to Sweden saving them all... That is pretty epic, isn't it? :-)
