The legal age off drinking in Sweden is 18. But the most common age of drinking is 15-16. I started drinking at age 16 and my mom provided me with the alcohol. I was a pretty calm kid though, so I never took advantage of that. :-) AKA, I only got home piss-drunk once. ;-)

Her parents wasn't the least bit upset. I think the view off alcohol here in Sweden and any Scandinavian countries are very very different then the view off alcohol in the US. The thing that made me most upset was that they just left her there, as you say. Not that they were drinking. :-)
