This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Talking about making someone's day...

Awesome compliments are awesome. X-D

[livejournal.com profile] _devilcandy_ had this to say about me not wanting to have a standing ticket at the Tokio Hotel concert the other day...

As for standing and crowds and stuff - Em, darling, you're built like a viking warrior, and you know I mean that in a positive way. Most of these fans are what, 16 year old emo girls weighing in at 50 kg? A nice pair of steel-tipped boots and you wouldn't have much trouble, :-)

Thanx, luv. :-D Reading that just made my day! I really do take that as a compliment. Being quite the big woman, it always makes me squee when I get compliments. :-) I am standing 6feet tall (1,80 meters), weighing in at 198 lbs (90 kilos). I am not a small person. Add to that big feet with steel-toed boots, I think I could manage a mob of tiny goth emo crazed fangirls at a concert. But really? Why should I, when I can sit/stand on the balcony having a great view over the stage? Just saying. :-P *wicked grin* Now to talk [livejournal.com profile] peting73 in to buying me a new camera for Christmas... He he he...

Today I have had a day off. Wasn't planned to on my part, but it just so happened that both the libraries I do my trainee work in, are closed down today. Not much to do about it then, is there? :-) So, what did I do with my day off? Nothing! And it was awesome. ;-D Tonight though, [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit called and demanded/wanted to hang out and have a beer (or cider). Was very, very nice. We talked for a couple off hours and drinking a few cider/beers. Me, I was dead broke, but [livejournal.com profile] spicehobbit was in a generous mood and treated me to my drinks tonight. Awesome with friends like that.

Then home just to catch MTV World Stage. They aired a small Tokio Hotel concert tonight. It rocked. :-D

Talking about music, another old favorite band off mine has just released a new album. Nordman. I am so happy to see this. Check out there new musicvideo. Perfect for Halloween, I'd say. ;-) I thought it was pretty cool. And yes, they do sing in swedish, but i think you should check it out still. ;-)

Enough music then. [livejournal.com profile] stoney321 shared this vid, and I thought it was quite awesome. If your over 80 years old, seen WWII and fought in it to... then you don't fear anything I don't think. This man is so awesome. And the speech he hold in support of gay and lesbian rights to marrigae. Check it out. It really is that awesome. Thanx, Stoney for sharing it. Important stuff. And being said by such an old man, made me smile with happiness. :-)

So, thats the awesomeness for tonight. Got jumped by my ex-boyfriend on MSN. Awesome to be talking to him again. The guy really is a great guy. Now he just needs to find himself a woman. ;-) *grin* *is stalked by ex and is happy about it*

Bed time for me! See you around!

Neat music vid! Though it wasn´t a good idea to watch it while eating... *grin* Me want that CD now!!! I´ve been a Nordman fan since the early 90s

Friday evening was so much fun. *imitates barbershop vulture from Jungle book* That´s what friends are fooooor! Seriously, I´m not sure how the monetary score between us is, and we´ll probably never find out... *keeps on imitating barbershop vulture*

And [livejournal.com profile] _devilcandy_ is right, you´re a viking warrior woman. Definately in the good sense!

One more in agreement with [livejournal.com profile] devilcandy! :-D Being tall is definitely a good thing, and you should have a big part of the credit for making me realize this...
