Random day is random...

I am slowly working my way through my f-list and it seems like lately life has brought out the big hammer of fuck and giving people a hard time all over. I am sorry to hear that. And it seems to go across fandoms to. *shakes head* Ah well. For those having a hard time right now, I do hope things will get better for you soon. I might not be able to do more then give a random comment or two, but I hope that helps a little.

Not much been going on here. Well, it has, but it is nothing I can write about yet here on my LJ of mine. Sorry if being cryptic, but I PROMISE I will as soon as I can! I swear! So I have been sorta busy, but also sorta not. Weird times.

Work is... work. I am doing very good all days... except Thursdays. Tomorrow is Thursday. I am not looking forward to it. All other days are fine, and I do enjoy working at that school library a ton. At the moment it doesn't seem like I'll be getting any more work after May, but I am happy for the chance I have gotten so far. I have really really gotten used to the practical side of my profession and I am so grateful for that. I hope I can get another job after May one way or another. Or I'll go back to doing random hours here and there like I did before this work-period. Either way, it'll work out one way or another. I know it.

Was even in a article in a culture / library magazine called Framsidan where they talk about the work we do here at the school library I work at. All the work we do for the kids to get them to read and enjoy it. Article: Bättre förståelse nyckel till läslust. All in swedish, sorry... But at least there is a photo of me and my colleagues in the middle of it there. :-)

Went downtown both yesterday and today and spent a ton of cash... o.O Darn it! But it was stuff needed, I just bought it all at the same time, which wasn't planned, but at least now it is done. :-P So bills payed, and stuff fixed, I should be able to save a good amount this month to. If things work out, hopefully I'll be able to go to London with spicehobbit this summer. We'll see what the future brings...

FIRST! Some very VERY wise words from a fellow TH-fan of the older sort, just like me. :-) The ever awesome teganscrush no less. And these wise words is true no matter fandom, really. Sometimes you just have to take a step back and think about what the fuck your doing... I am apart of many fandoms, and I must say.. The crazy is the same in all (even if the RoS one is a bit calmer, thanx to age, I think...).

I know fandoms are crazy; Harry Potter is full of wank and some genuinely mean, petty people. So is Tokio Hotel. So, I assume, is Hetalia, other anime, Glee, whatever. Okay? Caring about something apparently flips on a minute switch in our brains that sometimes short-circuits the whole panel. (Click for the rest of her wisdom...)

Talking off crazy fandoms, volare pointed this out to me, and when the object of the fans crazy is saying crazy things himself, well... Things can only go downhill from there.
